Yes, on this server even someone as clueless as you can have a bash around.

I know it sounds easy to chat **** about chrons now, but they're possibly the worst set of files out there for someone that actually likes to play mir. The staff did a good job at luring everyone in though, so the community is still rather large even after all the **** that has gone on. Any more reasons people are still playing?

We just need Koriban to expose de-level gate now. 24 players were punished, 12 of them never took part in any exploiting and 3 players who did take part didnt get de-levled. shambles.

Don't think anyone outside of those that were affected really cares bro. To sum up what I've read recently, Team and only Team cheats, exploits, ebays and so on. Everybody else is a ****ing victim. :zz

Just like noone really cares about this guy getting his character back .. but to the guy, it means a lot .. the 12 who were punished it was a big blow and people have left because of it - something which could have been avoided

It took 48hours for someone from the Team (milo, who I'm grateful for) to reply to any PM's and tell me that my banning was a mistake, but that they were disappointed that I'd exploited instead of reported the bug and rightfully so. My fault for listening to Shaun (ToriBlack) who vehemently told me not to report it, despite saying I should do.

I was then de-lvl'd with the rest of you. As to why some people didn't get de-lvl'd or got de-lvl'd but didn't participate at all in it (Loosecannon for example) your guess is as good as mine.

But if he let the char go, and some 1 sold it, why should the guy who payed RL cash for it be the guy who suffers? If you let your account become a Bike don't come back complaining when the wheels are punctured...

Team members do not get involved with account sales, this has been stated, the fact a Team member got involved means they are in the wrong. The person who paid RL cash for it also know's this and shouldn't of requested the email and other information be changed.

Basically, give the account back and apologize for what happened, then everyone can move on.

Id just like to mention that it was agree'd by all team members early on that the changing on emails was a never going to happen, because it supported account selling, which we was happy to leave at the players own risk (As stated by the Terms and Conditions)

Do you think it appears fair to your customers that you are willing to go to such lengths to protect your friends (warning them that you are going to be looking at cheats, so turn them off but other players will be banned etc.) whilst other players are left waiting for answers to private messages, de-levelled, not allowed email changes.

From an outsider, this would appear to promote double standards on your server...

For a profitable organisation, the level of customer service from the server team is extremely poor.

P.S - I am still waiting for a reply to my pm sent last week.

Oh and on another point, if both parties agree to the sale of the account and can provide the Q&A's, what is wrong with the server team providing assistance in changing the email + Q&A?

If it keeps a character playing the server surely it is beneficial? It would take the server team 15mins to sort this out? The server could also charge a GG scroll for 20 quid or whatever for the service.

I bought an account and never even bothered trying to get the email changed because its the risk you take in buying an account, the original user hasn't touched the account in 6 months and i don't expect him to but if he did its tough **** for me, i assumed that getting it changed was something that wasn't meant to be done under any circumstances, how can i get my email changed on the account after i paid the cash irl and not via paypal or bank transfer?

Just wondering if you guys will do this for me please? it seems anyone who asks nicely can get details changed, maybe if i add Sam on fb and talk to him about my last night in town or ask him f he had a good weekend it would speed this process up massively.

Yeh i got straight up ****ed in the ass because samuel doesn't like me, tim now hes another story hes Samuels golden boy, drop files, warning on cheats, how to get around cheats, giving him q n a and e-mails to other peoples account, the list goes on what Samuel done for tim, this point its hard for Samuel to say he didnt because there was a good 8-9 off us in the skype group, used to copy and paste us the Super drop files back in Acem2.

I was in the 1st 3-4 people to get banned on Rape for cheats so thats 100% bullshit, 3 days later JB gets a warning, 3 DAYS LATER... Okay... one of samuel little minons trying to protect Chronicles rep, i dont get on with JB ne more we had big arguement we are no longer friends, he was the only reason i kept all these things back because as far as i knew he was still milking stuff from samuel, now i seen it all come out might aswell back it up aye?
