CruelDragon.exe problem

When a m8 of mine Double click's on it nothing happens anyone have ideas why this is happening

i think is coz CruelDragon.ini missing can some1 post a link with the ini?

delete the ini file you have and run run crueldragon.exe. A new ini file will be created. Open up the new ini file and change the ip and sql user and pass. Which are the first 3 bits in the ini file.
