i think i'd have to take shadows idea and run a beta or another thought lol wot does euro mir do? a trial. Maybe up 2 lvl 22 or something like that, will let people get the feel of the server.

ok, i would like to no if anyone would be willing to pay around 2 pound to play on a server i am considering making but instead of one server there is gonne be two. One high stat high exp server and one lowish stat lowish exp server. I will release details later on the actuall contense of these servers. Just want some feedback.

If you want a Dedicated Server you should pay yourself, like me thats way you have the server and the ppl playing the server will be happy cuz they dont have to pay to play, if they wanted that they might well play euro :P

Euro Mir don't take action against people who create or run FREE private servers, but they do take action against people who create or run a server to make money.

Euro won't allow it even if you do, and you may even get sued.

And why would anyone want to anyway? Euro Mir is two steps ahead.

lol u dont think i've fought about 'charging' people to play? It would not strictly be charging, it would run on a 'donation' bases only whos the noob now . You cannot get sued if ppl donate and i would be making any money, it would simply be enough to cover the cost of the server. Anyway thanks alot for everyones feedback.

I doubt you would get sued, but then again maybe the hosting company itself will get sued by wemade and the hosting company would pass it over to you, as you were really responsible? Sorry, dont really know all that legal stuff..

Well, it has been discussed many many times, and always we have agreed that WeMade would not do anything to you for hosting a server, becuase they would loose cash instead of making it frm the court process.

well u can only play a trail untill u 'donate' or if ur a donator u get the hole server 2 play on, but if u dont donate u only get like 10% of the actual server.

Think about it for a second, if wemade came and sued you for like 5 million £, yes they could but could they actually get that sum even if they will win the case? No, as you dont have that kind of cash.
