Welcome to Desolation, a Mir2 server designed for players who want a balanced experience with fast-paced progression, challenging PvE, thrilling PvP battles and tons of quality of life (QOL) improvements and new systems.

With over 15 years of Mir experience, I’ve always preferred medium and high-rate servers, so I decided to create a server that blends the both rates. My goal is to deliver a server that captures the excitement of higher rates while maintaining the balanced challenge of medium rates.

I’m planning for a Mid-December launch if everything goes well. This timeline gives me plenty of time to rigorously test every thing and ensure the server will be released as a stable with 0 bugs. I'm not rushing so you can enjoy a seamless, reliable gameplay experience from day one.

New GUI​


Every aspect of the GUI has been completely revamped with new and better dialogs.

I know the GUI might look a bit flashy for some of you, but it’s designed to match the server's vibe.


Stealing Exp System


I’ve always felt that the Stealing Experience System fits perfectly with this servers rate, enhancing the enjoyment on PK etc.. That’s why I implemented this unique system to give players an exciting risk and reward that truly complements the server.

The Stealing Experience System is made specifically for PKERS. This system can be enabled or disabled by typing @AllowSteal while in a safe zone and higher than level 50, This toggle option keeps PVE players protected from unwanted experience loss, while providing PKERS with added stats when the system is active, making PvP more challenging and rewarding.

When enabled, players lose 25% of their experience upon death, but if both players have the system turned on. and win experience stealing is capped at 4 times per day, losing experience isn’t limited and resetting daily.

Attributes System​


Attribute System Designed to give players additional stats as they progress beyond level 70, unlocking new customization options for high-level players. Once you reach level 70 or higher, you’ll gain access to the Attribute System. With each level gained you’ll earn 1 Attribute Point to allocate as you choose, allowing you to create a build that suits your playstyle.

Choose from 12 different stats, each carefully balanced and capped to prevent overpowered combinations, ensuring a fair and competitive environment for all players. This system offers flexibility without compromising server balance, so you can enhance your stats while keeping gameplay fair and challenging.

The System also offers a unique free skill for players who reach AB level 250. Each class unlocks its own exclusive skill upon reaching this level, with no attribute points required and as the server progresses the level requirement for these skills will increase to keep pace with player achievements, ensuring there’s always a new goal to strive for.

Also there's a Quick Withdraw and Deposit Points feature by holding CTRL, making it effortless for players to adjust their stats. This allows for swift switching between builds without the frustration of reallocating points one by one, ensuring a smoother and more convenient experience for all players.

Socket Items System​


The Socket Items System let you customize your stats and tailor your build to suit your playstyle by adding shard to socketed items. Each item has a random chance to drop with 0 to 3 sockets.

Each item type can equip specific types of shards, adding depth to the customization. For example, StrongAttack shards can only be used on select items, encouraging a balanced use of different shards across your gear. Weapons, armor, and stones can hold any type of shard, while bracelets can have drop rate or experience shards, boots and belts can have health shards, and necklaces and helms can have CritRate, CritDamage, or Reflect stats.

ReRoll Items System​


The ReRoll Items System allows players to re-roll their gear to improve stats or increase the sockets for a cost. Each item has its own reroll price, creating a valuable gold sink in the game and ensuring that gold retains its value. So players can invest their gold in better stats or more socket options to suit their builds and playstyles. Rerolling is available with gold ONLY.

The System also includes safeguards to prevent accidental rerolls on items that have already reached 3 sockets. If an item has max sockets the system will stop the reroll process and display a pop-up notification, informing the player that the item has reached its limit. Players will be prompted to confirm before proceeding, ensuring no unintended rerolls occur.

QualityOrb System​


The Quality Orb System enhances gear "Grade," progressing from None to Heroic. Each grade boosts item stats and changes its color to visually reflect the quality level, with grades including None, Common, Rare, Legendary, Mythical, and Heroic.

As item quality improves, more stats become available during gear awakening, making quality upgrades essential for those aiming for top tier powers. Quality Orbs play a crucial role in achieving higher stats and giving your equipment a distinctive, powerful appearance.

Crafting System​


The Crafting System enables players to use gathered materials and gold to create valuable items, including orbs, shards, and enhanced gear. Unique crafting materials drop in various caves, offering extra incentives for exploration and hunting, adding depth and giving players additional goals and rewards as they level up and seek out resources for crafting powerful upgrades.

Statues System


The Statues System adds a competitive edge, motivating players to strive for the top rank to earn the rewards. The #1 player in each class receives a unique statue displaying their name and info of player listed inside it. When another player takes the top spot, the statue updates automatically to reflect the new player.

Top-ranked players also earn a unique trophy with enhanced stats, a powerful Statues buff, and a special rank effect on their character, making them stand out. Rewards are automatically sent to the top players within seconds, adding an extra layer of prestige and recognition for those reaching #1 in their class.

Catch-Up System


The Catch-Up System is designed to help players gain additional experience based on the level gap between them and the highest-level player. For each level difference, players receive an extra 3% experience boost, allowing them to progress faster and close the gap. This system makes it easier for newcomers, returning players, and even regular players to stay competitive and keep up with higher-level players.

SabukWall​


I'm aiming to have just one main wall such as "Sabuk Wall" as the sole battle for guilds to compete over. and it offers a unique buffs and decent improvements awarded to the victorious guild. The battle for Sabuk Wall will take place three days a week, and will be disabled on early days of launch, This approach ensures a fair and balanced competition and allowing all guilds to get ready for the fight.

LastManStanding Event​


The LastManStanding Event takes place daily, with an announcement made beforehand to give players time to prepare. Once it begins, participants battle it out until only one remains. The last player standing is rewarded with valuable prizes, making this event an exciting daily challenge for all players.

Challenge Rooms​


The Challenge Room has been designed to support casual players in their hunting endeavors. Currently there's 20 different stage are available on the server.
Entry to the Challenge Room requires a specific level. and it's a safe area so players are protected from losing equipped items upon death. And there are 15 Challenge Rooms available in the game ATM.

Skills Info


All Skill icons for every class have been updated to improved versions that better match the server’s style and provide a more polished, visually appealing experience.

All skill images have been upgraded to high definition visuals, unseen designs that bring a fresh look to every skill.

All skills can now be leveled up to 5 instead of 3, and skills automatically level up as you reach the required levels Up to level 50, no manual leveling needed on early and all basic skills are auto-learned until level 50, allowing you to focus on gameplay without worrying about skill progression. Beyond level 50 unique and advanced skills can be dropped through hunting.

3 new skills have been added for each class, each with a unique ability that aligns with its class powers, providing exciting new ways to engage in both PvE and PvP.

Quests Info​


With over 600 quests available and more to come, the game offers a diverse range of quests for each cave, providing valuable guidance and support for newcomers from the beginning. These quests help players understand their objectives and make the leveling experience more engaging. Additionally repeatable quests are available in all caves, offering continuous rewards as you level, so you’re never left without a quest to pursue. This approach ensures that leveling is both rewarding and immersive, rather than simply grinding without direction.

And the QuestPotion has been introduced to make completing quests a bit easier and reduce the monotony of repeating the same tasks for extended periods. This pot provides a boost and helping players progress through quests more efficiently, so they can enjoy the experience without getting bogged down by long tasks.



New Stats Types​


New Stat Types have been added to enhance gameplay variety and provide more customization options.

All Attack Damage: Increases all damage dealt by x% in both PvE and PvP.

All Attack Reduction: Reduces all damage received by x% in both PvE and PvP.

PvE Damage Increase: Increases all damage dealt against monsters by x%.

PvE Damage Reduction: Reduces all damage received from monsters by x%.

PvP Damage Increase: Increases all damage dealt against other players by x%.

PvP Damage Reduction: Reduces all damage received from other players by x%.

Strong Attack: Increases your DC, MC, or SC minimum and maximum values based on your class by x%.

Player Death Count: Displays the total number of times your character has died.

Player Kill Count: Shows the total number of players you have defeated.

Monster Kill Count: Tracks the number of monsters you have slain.


Items / Glows​


A wide variety of kits has been created for each class up to level 80, along with unique individual items and much more to discover. And the Glow System has been implemented, giving many items their own distinctive glows, adding a polished, smooth visual effect that enhances the look of your gear as you progress. There’s a lot to explore, making each character feel truly look better.





Pets Info​


Taoist pets scale with their master’s stats including SC, AC, and AMC.

As the skill level increases, the pets AI and appearance are upgraded to reflect their enhanced power and utility. Each skill level brings improved forms and smarter AI, making the pets more powerful and effective in assisting their master.


New Bosses and Tons of New AI's

Live Reloads

Almost 99% of ingame systems can now be reloaded live, eliminating the need for frequent reboots for minor adjustments. This allows for quick fixes, additions, and changes to be made seamlessly while the server is active, providing a smooth experience for players without any interruptions.

Quality of Life Additions​


Numerous quality of life improvements have been implemented to enhance the overall gameplay experience. These changes are aimed at making the game more enjoyable and user-friendly, with adjustments that simplify various systems and ensure smoother gameplay. From quicker access to important functions to thoughtful tweaks, these changes create a more seamless and satisfying experience for players.


  • 1-AutoAttack feature allows melee players to press X to automatically initiate attacks, eliminating the need to hold Shift + Left Click with every lure. This addition makes leveling for melees much easier and smoother.

  • 2-ShiftLock now remains active during PK when using Shadow Step, Slashing Burst, or RandomTeleport Scrolls. ensuring they don’t lose their target lock every time they use these abilities.
  • 3-Creature Targeting has been completely removed to prevent aim issues during fights and eliminate potential exploits. This change ensures that players can no longer disrupt ranged classes by standing near or behind creatures, maintaining fair and balanced fight for all classes.
  • 4-DarkBody now remains focused solely on the target it was cast upon by the master, without switching to a new target.
  • 5-Slashing Burst and Shadow Step can now be recast until they successfully work, ensuring that failed attempts no longer trigger their cooldown. And they have been improved to smartly teleport you near your target if the targeted spot is inaccessible, greatly reducing the chances of failure.
  • 6-Meteor Strike and Blizzard will no longer stop hitting monsters or players if the caster takes damage during their cast. This improvement allows Wizards to maintain consistent damage output, resolving a frustrating issue that previously disrupted leveling and combat performance.
  • 7-Mirroring PvE and PvP damage has been reworked to provide greater utility for the master. so now more focused on assisting in PvE by dealing good damage, while in PvP it serves to flinch opponents without overwhelming impact, ensuring balanced gameplay across both scenarios.
  • 8-MagicShield duration is no longer reduced by monster hits and it now features separate damage reduction values for PvP and PvE, offering better balance and tailored effectiveness.
  • 9-Taoists can now apply both Green and Red Poison simultaneously if they have both types in their bag. This change eliminates the need to apply them individually which making poison usage more efficient.
  • 10-Taoists can now apply buffs to all players in their group or guild simultaneously, rather than buffing each player individually. This improvement saves time and enhances support efficiency, making it more convenient for Taoists to assist their allies during group activities.
  • 11-Taoists can now consume amulets and poisons directly from their bag or equipment, rather than being restricted to equipment alone. This change allows Taoists to cast all their skills seamlessly without worrying about equipping amulets or poisons.
  • 12-Taoists now have significantly improved summons
  • Skeleton: Upgraded with CHM and higher damage output.
  • Deva: Enhanced with a small AoE attack.
  • Shinsu: Advanced abilities to adapt to different fight scenarios.
  • Additionally FocusMasterTarget and DefendMaster modes, providing better control and utility in fights. These improvements make Taoists far more versatile and impactful in both PvE and PvP.
  • 13-@EnableBene: This command allows players to enable or disable the use of benedictions. Once you've achieved the desired luck on your weapon to prevent accidentally cursing it.
  • 14-@StartWar: This command lets players start a war directly from their current location, eliminating the need to go place or rely on other guild members to activate it.
  • 15-Creatures no longer pick up player drops or items dropping from your bag.
  • 16-Creatures can now walk through walls, preventing them from getting stuck and ensuring smoother movement and better functionality during gameplay.
  • 17-Group Gold Split: Any gold picked up while in a group whether by players or creatures, is automatically split among all group members within range. This ensures fair and consistent distribution of gold, preventing potential exploits and supporting balanced group gameplay.

  • 18-Group EXP Fix: The group EXP bug that occurred when players were on different maps has been resolved. Now group EXP will only apply to players within range on the same map.
  • 19-Quick Store Feature: Players can now right click items to quickly store them in the Normal Store or Guild Store.
  • 20-Movement and HitRegistration Improvements: Player movement has been refined to ensure smoother walking and more accurate step. Additionally hit registration has been optimized to improve responsiveness and ensure it works seamlessly during gameplay.
  • 21-SafeZone Walkthrough: Players can now walk through other players, monsters, and objects while in a safe zone, ensuring no one gets stuck in crowded areas. This is especially beneficial on launch day, allowing everyone to move freely without interruptions.
  • 22-Door Protect: A new feature has been added to prevent players from blocking doors in caves or disrupting big fights. This system grants a buff that lasts for 5 seconds, allowing players to walk through enemies without taking or dealing damage until the protection expires.
  • 23-SafeZone Boost: While standing in the safezone, players now gain a buff that increases EXP and drop rates. For every 2 minutes spent in the safe zone, 1 minute of this buff is earned, up to a maximum of 8 hours.
  • 24-Random DamageType: A new mechanic has been added to prevent players from taking or dealing damage while using RandomTeleport.
  • 25-TrustMerchant Update: 2 new buttons, CollectAllSolds and CollectExpires, have been added to the TrustMerchant. These allow players to retrieve all sold or expired items at once, eliminating the need to collect them individually and saving time.

  • 26-Sub-Boss and Boss Improvements: Sub-bosses and bosses now have titles displayed under their names and are marked with unique colors on the MiniMap and BigMap, making them easier to identify and locate. Additionally a dedicated health bar has been added to better track their health.




  • 27-Skills Buff Duration Rework: All skill buffs in the game have been reviewed and adjusted. Buffs now start with a 5-minute duration at level 0, increasing by 1 minute per level, reaching a maximum of 10 minutes at the highest level. This change ensures a smoother gameplay experience, reducing the need to frequently recast buffs and preventing frustration from short durations.
  • 28- Alt + Left Click for quick add your item repeatable of the same orb to the max add


  • 29-When the buffs remaining time drops below one minute, the exact number of seconds left will be displayed directly on the buff icon.




Guild System QOL​

  • 1-Guild Alt Feature: Players can now add all their alt characters from the same account to their guild without using up extra guild slots. Guild membership is now counted per account rather than per character, preventing guilds from being cluttered with alt characters.
  • 2-Guild Tax Feature: A guild tax system has been introduced to support guild leaders in maintaining their guild's gold reserves. Leaders can set a tax rate of up to 25%, toggle it on or off, and adjust the percentage as needed. The collected gold is deposited directly into the guild bank, ensuring enough funds are available for buffs and other guild activities.
  • 3-Guild Storage Notifications: Whenever a player donates an item to the guild storage or withdraws an item from it, a notification is sent to all online guild members. This ensures everyone stays informed about contributions and withdrawals, promoting transparency and keeping the guild up to date on who donates or receives items.
  • 4-Guild Buff Notifications: Whenever a player activates a guild buff, a notification is sent to all online guild members. This keeps everyone informed about which buffs are active and who activated them, ensuring better coordination and awareness within the guild.

Reboot Changes​

  • Made some adjustments to the client side to improve its performance.
  • Players can now toggle the TwinDrakeBlade on or off, eliminating the need to hold down the key to use it.
  • Added GaleRing and GaleNecklace to the drop files to enhance warriors attack speed. They drop from Page1 and Page2 and are common items, so it shouldn’t take too long to find them.
  • Fixed Minor Bug on Ranking.
  • Rankings now updates every minute instead of 5minutes.
  • You can now repair shields at the JunkYard located in Heaven Castle.
  • You can now repair medals at the JunkYard located in Heaven Castle.
  • A Hairdresser has been added in Heaven Castle. You can change your hairstyle there for 250k gold.
  • The Poison stat now affects PoisonCloud damage. Each 1 Poison increases Poison Cloud PvE damage by 1% and PvP damage by 0.50%.
  • Updated Donate Link Interface to English.
  • Disabled ReRoll for all torchs.
  • Increased HP On SunPotions.
  • Reduced Cherries Price to 200k instead of 2m.
  • Reduced the prices of Quest Pots to 1M (previously 15M) and 2M (previously 30M) to support non-donating players. Please note that prices will increase as the server progresses.

Reboot Changes​

  • An additional 8 keys have been added for skill usage, utilizing the Shift keys. A third Skill Bar dialog has also been introduced to display all Shift-based skills in use.

  • Fixed Crash Issue.
  • Made some adjustments to the client side to improve its performance.
  • Guild buffs no longer require any points to be activated, only require gold and a specific Guild level.
  • Rested Durations calculations has been improved. It now grants 20 minutes for every hour you are offline.
  • Reverted the Storage NPC to its original position and added a new one in the crafting area.
  • The Search TextBox on TM is no longer invisible in FullScreen mode.
  • The Price TextBox on TM is also no longer invisible in FullScreen mode.
  • The search bug on TM has been fixed.
  • Slightly increased CrossHalfmoon PvE damage again to align the warrior's kill speed with other classes (Was Live Change)
  • When changing key bindings using the Keyboard Layout, they will no longer reset upon restarting the client.
  • Slightly increased TDB's PvP Dmg by 10% as it was too weak. I'll be monitoring it closely to ensure it doesn't become overpowered.

The item locking System has been added to protect your unique items from being accidentally dropped or sold. Use the middle mouse button to lock or unlock an item.

Reboot Changes​

  • VeteranBuff
The Veteran Buff has been added to support players who enjoy playing multiple characters on the same account or those who like to reroll. This buff provides a 50% extra experience bonus to all characters on your account whose levels are lower than your main character. The buff is automatically removed once a character reaches the same level as the main character. It only applies to normal levels and does not affect AB Levels to prevent exploits. Additionally the buff is deleted as soon as you activate the AB system.

Reboot Changes​

  • Added a global 10% PvP damage reduction for all classes.
  • PvP reduction and increase can now be controlled for each class while we are live, eliminating the need for server reboots to apply changes and making management much easier.
  • Increased Players damage against Mirroring as it was nearly unkillable. It was designed to tank in PvE to assist its masters, not to endure prolonged fights in PvP.

BossHealth Bar Display Update
I’ve introduced a new feature to improve how boss health is displayed. You can now choose between two modes: Percentage Mode: Displays boss health as a percentage (100%). Full Value Mode: Displays boss health in exact numbers with formatted units (6,000,000M or 500,000K).
A toggle has been added to the settings allowing you to seamlessly switch between these two modes.

Legendary Bosses Smart AI
  • The AI for all legendary bosses has been improved to prevent them from being killed through walls.

SabukWall Conquest​

Finally the SabukWall battle will be enabled! Get ready to fight for glory and rewards


Schedule

  • Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
  • Time: 8:00 PM (Server Time)
  • Duration: 30 minutes

Winning Rewards
  • The victorious guild will gain access to a powerful buff!
  • The buff can be claimed manually by typing @SabukBuff.
  • Buff Duration: 3 hours
  • Daily Limit: Renewable up to 5 times per day.

Important Note:
  • The buff cannot be used while SabukWall is active to prevent any exploits.

Steal Exp Changes

  • StealBuff has been changed from flat stats to 3% Strong Attack to make it more valuable.
  • Steal mode has been disabled for all players to ensure the new buff values are applied correctly. You will need to re-enable it if you wish to use it.
Durability Enhancement
  • Reduced dura loss from taking hits by 25%.
  • Reduced dura loss on Harden Torches.
QOL Changes
  • The AutoSort inventory/Storage feature has been added to automatically arrange all your items in alphabetical order (A to Z)

  • Boss Tag Ownership Display
I've introduced a new feature that displays the Tag Owner Name for bosses. When a boss is being actively tagged (e.g., attacked) its tag will show the player's name who holds the tag. If no player has the tag it will default to "None," making it easier to track who currently owns the boss tag.

  • Boss health bar remains at 100% unless the player or one of his group members has the boss tag.
  • AutoSort now sorts the inventory and storage based on item types followed by A-Z order. For example it sorts Weapons first, then Armours, Helmets etc..
  • Players can now be invited to the guild during guild war.
  • Increased Gem/Orbs stack limit to 500.
  • Added a "MouseCursor" option in the config to toggle the mouse cursor.
Drop Improvements
  • Increased Gold drops on pages 4-5 to assist casual players.
  • Added ShardBox(L) to drops to assist casual players.

Attributes System Changes​

  • Added Cap Values to all Stats on there.
  • Ctrl + Left/Right Clicks(Quick Adjustment) now adjust remaining stats directly, using available points instead of fixed 5 values increments.
Increased Attributes Stats
  • DC, MC, SC By 25.
  • AllAtkDamage and Reduction by 5%.
  • Health by 500 points.
Implements Progressive Cost Scaling The scaling system has been added to allow control over the required points for specific values rather than changing the overall cost for all stats. So it won't make things harder for new players who don't yet have enough AB levels and it will primarily affect high level players.
  • Higher costs for additional stat increases after reaching a certain threshold.
  • The new point costs are dynamically displayed in the stat UI.
  • This scaling applies only to the increased values:

  • DC, MC, SC Scaling:
0 to 50: Costs 1 point per stat. 50 to 75: Costs 2 points per stat.
  • All Attack Damage and Reduction Scaling:
0% to 15%: Costs 2 points per increase. 15% to 20%: Costs 4 points per increase.
  • Health Scaling:
0 to 1000: Costs 5 points per increase. 1,000 to 1,500: Costs 10 points per increase.

Catch-Up Enhancements​

The catch-up has been significantly improved, making it much easier and faster to catch up! Join the fun and play now!
  • Reduced Experience Required by 50% for levels 1 to 60, making leveling much easier for newcomers.
  • Level 60 skills are now learned automatically and Auto leveled..
  • Increased NewbieGuild Level to 60
  • Increased NewbieGuild Exp to 20% instead of 5%
  • The Catch-up system provides 100% experience until you approach the highest level, in case you weren't aware.
  • A 50% Veteran EXP buff is available until you reach the level of your highest EXP character, for those who wish to reroll.

SabukWall Changes​

  • Changed SabukWall Map to better one.
  • SabukWall now automatically End.
  • Guild members no longer have orange names on SabukWall.
  • SabukBuff DropRate and ExpRate now counting towards character stats.

Other Changes​

  • GlobalShout Death and PvP Deathcounts no longer be recorded if players are killed in Contest Ground.
  • Reduced Respawn timers on all Bosses.
