Dans retarted, he doesn't realise that usa has to take driver education class which is 32 hour class in all, and 2 hours driving stuck in car with fat fecks. Class consists of mid term exam, final exam and then a project if you don't pass you don't get certificate which says your allowed to get your license.. if you do get it you can take your road test.

stupid noobs. -_- prob same as uk.

My driving instructor told me that england is one of the hardest places to pass in, except New Zealand and Sweeden which have harder tests. I don't think USA is harder, or at least a professional said otherwise.

You do understand that the test we take requires us to know every singular rule required including identifying pictures, over 100 pages of stuff to memorize, plus, after that test we are required by law to do a hazzard test which requires us to watch out and identify hazzards...

Once we done that, the road test involves us doing a god damn good drive whilst identifying objects in the car and so forth.. its not easy :) very strict here.

Of course isn't that what an exam is for? To test you? lol what do you think we do draw pictures of cars?

Yes.
And in our cars we change gears...with a stick.

Uk is muchos harder, we dont have big roads, big cars and we have higher volumes of traffic, as we are less dispersed then you guys and our poorly built road network cant contain the excess volume of traffic.

lol all your points were wrong, except for stick one.( i drive stick too btw )

Your roads are built to have cars on them can't ***** about that.

Higher traffic? Don't think so check new york city.

Smaller cars are easier to drive & less on gas, don't know why thats a problem?

For most people in the UK they have to get insrtuctors drive around doing maybe 30min/1hour lessons a week then once the instructor thinks you are ready you go and do you theory and hazzard perception.

after that u do some more lessons and the last lesson is a run thru of the practical test den u do the actual road test.

All in all i had lessons with the AA costing me £40 a lesson every week had about 10-12 lessons.

Tbh its stupid much more prefer to sit in a class for 32 hours studying about the tests than just winging it or buying a raod safety book. none of us can judge how harder or easier it is in the USA becuase none of us apart from nick and maybe others did thier tests thier.

Don't know if you read my post carefully? We have class + an instructor we have to drive with for 2 hours.. in a cramped little car with fat people!

2 hours straight? We have to split it up in 1 hour lessons each week its pointless but o well.

Also forgot bout the crash courses we get, goto some camp for about a week and all you do is drive and learn about the road safety etc. Driving from 9 to about 8 at the end of the week you take the tests and they guarntee you to pass.

I believe the UK is harder.

Nick, the class you chose might have been a pita, but i'd say 90-95+% of the classes are easy, and the actual testing for the permit and license is EXTREMELY easy.
