He made it like an auto attack if you had it turnt on and it would cast whilst you was hitting a mob but it was like super fast, it was legit. Shane or Jamie could explain better tbh im probably making it sound real **** lol

Ok basically

jamie made it that Cresent slash was a toggle skill, like how you use cross half moon as Cobra said, however he used it so your attack speed was taken into consideration when using the cresent slash so you could constantly hit mobs for levelling, and in PVP it was just used as a flinch spell not damage wise. I think how Jamie did it was sins max Speed was 8 or 12 with assassination and it played out as it minused attack speed in half I think to 4, so like a cross half moon with Speed 4 constantly damaging mobs and not as powerful but constant hits in mobs this bridged the gap between sins lvling so slow and could catchup to others and not use it as a wiz spell in pvp

or another solution is just make a hard cave giving big exp and can be done 1 by1 by melee is what some suggested but it comes with problems

I just started this, however on the work pc's I can't install net framework because I have to log as administrator and I can't, hence I get black screen.
Any idea how/if I could make it work?

run it in window mode?

these crashes are a joke now.... its either being done on purpose or you haven't even attempted to fix it , never known a server to have 2/3 crashes a day since server launch and not one bit of progress being made

notice how theres no crashes at night time when certain people aren't online to make use of all the bosses respawning :)

Don't talk crap, crashes happen for many reasons, it's not always the same things and not every crash is easy or simple to fix.

It is very difficult to track crashes specifically. You need to be able to replicate what the players are doing. You have to remember that the more players that are on the server, the greater the chance there is of a crash happening due to the server processing more player actions. That's why they tend not to happen when less people are online.

It’s just poor from an outside point of view it’s not like this is a brand new system or any absolutely ground breaking new code they are inputting , the files are largely the same as they have been the last 3 times the servers been released and there was never this many crashes before.

There is tonnes of different code in these files, also we fix/try to fix crashes as soon as they happen.

Cry is Sean.. He's normally top 5 on the big server's like Marble, Chronicles etc when there 200+ Players grinding, it's not like hes got much comp here lol. If you started from day one u'd be like 60 knowing you Geralt xD

A few reasons why but the number one is, a wiz shouldn't tank better than a warrior end of argument, if you think otherwise I feel for you.

Just a quick note, Magic Shield benefits the most from both Offensive & Defensive stats (I.E MC, AC, MAC & Agility) if you have too little defensive stats the more time subtracted from the MagicShield (as it always has been), the less MC you have the lower the initial duration (meaning it'll be gone in a flash if you don't balance enough)

Well I've gone down the insightful feedback in the past, it seems to go nowhere so might aswell just spell it out, firewall was supposed to be fixed weeks ago,it's one of wizzys most important leveling tools, still remains broken, yet you go and nerf shield , so whats the point in FF? double wiz ffing dont even stun like it used to, you choose to ignore things then just nerf stuff instead of fixing alot of things like people s pings going to 500+ when there is alot of drops on floor regardless of them turning the options off.

Try brushing up on your coding and people skills before slating my frustrations in which so many things need fixing yet you would rather spend time nerfing ****.

Chris has been told from day 1 that stinky Pete is a shite mir coder, the bad thing is i think stinky Pete knows it but also knows there are not many coders out there willing to **** i mean *Fix* a server up.

The server would of had quite a bit of potential if:-

1) a correct beta test had been carried out so simple things like spells and interface errors etc could of been sorted prior to people hitting max level. but now that people are max level you decide to make levelling harder?
2) when feedback was given regarding issues/bugs did actually get taken into consideration rather than slapped to the side whilst things like global boss shouts etc are prioritised and put in.
3) the daily crashes are one of if not the most important thing to fix and although you might actually be trying to fix them some feedback to the community would of been awesome.
4) the daily chopping and changing of boss drops, mob stats, player spells, nerfs and lack of even trying out new *fixes* before implementing them would be fantastic

But sadly you cannot make your ****ing minds up on which way the server is going. to me it looks like you might of well just killed it for some in not the majority of players.
