no1 lays down the law on me... i just dont care for mir so i dont visit forums as much as i used 2, plus its pretty much dead...

and altho ud be an ok mod, as u are active, u would just hand out biased infractions against me and get me banned due to ur dislike against me more than likely

but hey... for all i know u may mod properly and not be a dik.

well if i said i dont care at all, i guess thats a lie, would be more accurate to say i care a lot less than what i did a few years ago.

my lifes never revolved around mir, even if i have ran a server for a few years now... for past 3years or so ive not even played mir, merely developed and ran it. it has been a big part of my life no questions there, but if its a choice of doing something on mir or going out, id go out. so rly i wouldnt say my life revolves around it, as its always 2nd choice to ne thing else

i still enjoy developing sometimes, but thats purely due to coding.. if we couldnt code new things, id have been long gone from mir ages ago.

ill probably still be here doing mir servers in another year or 2 to come.. but i might not, who knows what will happen... but as long as i enjoy doing what im doing ill keep at it, regardless of what others may think of me, or how "sad" i am, or wotever.

When I played a week after it was launched it was fine, little bit laggy but I didn't see monsters running around or anything like that. :x

IceMan isn't the guy to go around spawning **** though, so it's more than likely Pob the Nob or someone else.

I don't even think this was Ice's server from the start when Elysian was announced, I think he joined just to help out on bits but then he got drawn in more.

What is was, that i went on board to help Iceman on legend, ice then announced his retirement due to certain people (Was because kyn didn't have a set of files for him i believe)

Me and Killmaster then asked Kyn to work with us, he said ok, thus Elysian was born, mine and Glenn's server. We then got ice back on-board.. and he took over.

We then left due to iceman bringing in Jonny and Xena, who we felt were just taking over, we kept too'ing and throwing between helping or not. Eventually, i went back, and then later left during the open beta, due to disagreements between how ice created server, and the fact Jonny and Xena, despite their rolls, disagreeing with my proposal for map layouts, telling me i needed to create new maps.. as there was not enough (Asif all 1000 maps in the client were in use..)

During this time, Glenn gave up, and said he didn't want to work on something that was being released when it obviously wasn't ready. Which i then agree'd with and follow.

Later on POB, the "php guy" Who iceman was willingly going to drop, if i found a better person at php, took over helping ice, as ice just didn't know what to do, along with supposed help from Jonny and Xena, who spent all thier time re-colouring armours as "there wasnt enough".

The is no leadership structure on this team... all i can say is, without kyn it would fail, he was the peace maker, and he kept things in line. Even though iceman was the 'top dog'.

End of day.. kyn and lil are only people on that team i would trust, even if they dont trust me now, the others? pfft. Kyn is a excellent coder, and has much mir exp behind him, and alot of sexy ideas, same for lil,the others just dont seem to have it.... all with crazy ideas, that dont work, as you can see.

I remember IceMan posting in the upcoming server section when all they had was the files, but were making out as if they had a server made already. Clearly not enough effort and thought went into the actual server and Ice was more concerned about the coding of the files which clearly are brilliant as they are.

More thought being put into the server would have keep me on board but they don't listen so...

Sorry to say but this server/forum kinda messed up... I run auto patcher and get new exe and i try logon and it says i need new exe... FIXS the links for god dam sake... Nearly all link on your web/forum are broken... Do links on the proper web sites ect FilePlanet MegaUpload.

PS:I feel sorry for you lot who got deleveled back to 90:glare:

Thats all i got to say about this server. They add new features & stuff and it still looks bad. Take time on it don't rush it. Any ways good luck IceMan

dunno if server team are aware but theres a massive gold exploit on there server lol, not to mention a few ppl havin access to GMs and bein corrupt to their friends.

There's been exploits from day one, and unfortnatly not been fixed as soon as there found, i tolf iceman about the infinit bout exploit where if you tele in you just click npc and it dont spawn mobs but it gives u prize of 200k and 2-3 benes, you could do this over and over again, when i told ice he took the option off the npc's but forgot about the one in PI :P also inless they've fixed it but i doubt, everytime there's a reboot you can dupe items wont explain it here as i have told kyn about it, but hence why people have duped shed loads of orbs etc lol, Unfortantly this servers been exploited the fk out of and to far gone in my eyes, they should though keep the server out and kyn fix all the bugs etc then there have a nice set of files for another server maybe :P

I like the fact their ad thread still says it's currently down for maintenance, ETA nearly a month ago. Lol. If they're not fixing bugs/expoits or taking correct action on their ****ed up server and they're not even trying to advertise, wtf are they doing? I swear they've got like the biggest team in a long time, or at least had, and they can't even string together the common sense of a single person.
