Yes I finish work like most people on the 21st, won't get on 24th 25th 26th like prob most with families and then back in work on the 27th prob leaving me 22nd,23rd,29th and 30th, I'm not speaking for every casual but I'm guessing they will be doing near enough the same.

The month December goes to 31th every year so that’s another 1 day for u

Nowhere did I say that other servers don't have these issues. For one with such a team, I would've hoped that they would have a test server to test changes / investigate even the slightest of concerns from players.

If the bug truly was raised a week ago... You can't blame players for capitalising on it... if it was truly a bug, the team should've investigated at even the slightest hint of something being awry.

You call yourself a casual, and you're complaining because you only get 4 days of play for the event... I really don't see what your issue is. 4 days out of 10 sounds about spot on for a 'casual player.'
