Jamole you're being a douche about this, and throwing your toys out the pram ('well i wont be using another one any time soon!') isn't helpful or constructive. The GMs have responded promptly and they've tested every method of 'logging out' and everything seems to be working ok. You've provided very vague feedback (ie you cant remember which method you used to log out). What more exactly are you expecting the GMs to do here? How do you expect them to continue to investigate what is clearly an isolated issue (you're the first to report such a problem in however many months since exp pots were introduced) if you can't/aren't prepared to provide further details?
I don't think I'm being a 'douche' as you put it, I've provided details, see below my previous comments:

im using just the standard golden elixir pots
and I've even told the team that I appreciate their efforts but I don't want to use another pot with the risk of having to logout on short notice and therefore wasting the exp, what's wrong with that? In no way have I bad talked the team or had a rant that they aren't making an effort. See below:
That's great and appreciated, my comment wasn't at all a dig at you and the team for not looking into the issue, I just don't want to use any more pots without knowing for sure that the issue won't occur again.
If I try to use another one and have the same problem, then what? That's 2 pots I've thrown away. Unless you can reimburse the pots (if the problem reoccurs) then I won't bother anytime soon, at least not until I'm able to play for 1-2hrs straight.
I suggest you read my comments thoroughly before making stupid accusations.
