SandShark - 9600 exp
SandGolem - 9600 exp
StoneGolem - 6600exp.......

They have the same stats, same health but give 3k less exp, I'm presuming this is a typo? (hence the potential bug report)


As this mob has been exploiting me with a bug (and 23 others I know of) I would say +1 level would be sufficient compensation..

Saw him transferring items onto an ALT already... will this be banned?

Banning seems very extreme - delevel should be fair - also delevel the other 2 because they were on the same map.

Lower all the EXP to 6600. Then de-level Kyler for exploiting them. Then change the mobs, so you can only TU kill them.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's a bug. I'll confirm it with Sam as he added them. If it is I'll hotfix it in tonight and update the thread

I think the stonegolems storage was bugged too? He pmed me ingame about it, something about 5,000,000 strong knight bracelets disappeared he can't get them back.

Varaka quit and refused to ever touch the game again because it made him feel ill. I think he lost over 350m experience for being in the group. Punishment is punishment I guess, can't argue if the same is used against future abusers.

I can name you the two that were hit big,

Varaka - bought well into the hundreds worth of GG - prob lost the most exp as was highest level - passed on char to mate

Loosecannon - wasn't even there for the exploit, tt'd after we killed GK, wrongly deleveled - also bought plenty of GG - passed char on



Many quit, took a break, sold up, re-rolled due to the sinking feeling of how much they were punished over others (some 1 full level for 1-2% gained)



I'm not saying the exploit shouldn't have been punished, but seeing astho it was only 1 group full (11 not 24! - The exploit was TUing the mobs and we only had varaka who could do this) .. they should have been done per user. Take off the exp gained + a reasonable %

I for one gained 36% and lost a full level and even that was enough for me to sell up and leave for 2-3 weeks to cool off

Like we said all along mate, there were people there who didn't do a thing, yet got punished - Sylphrena and Loosecannon to name a couple, there were more.

They took action on anyone who was in "hell cave", yet missed out Badboy/Envy from this from the first day.

The action of "one whole level" was just stupid, as peoples levels varied, meanings some lost 350m exp.. some lost 50.

Nothing will ever be done to rectify this, I guess this is when a lot of people lost faith in the staff's justice system.
