Pictures are a little old. Its and 8pac. 6pac or 8pac any sort is good to have.

The only exercise I do would be boxing really. Its hard to put on weight when your always active and have a high metabolism. You should know Dan from the stuff you do.

What you seem to forget body shape is down to genetics, if your genetically linked to put weight on easy, getting a 6pac is going to be hard. You were born with good genetics thus making it easier for your metabolism to function as it does.

Hence how i can work hard as a mutha ****a and yet get no 6 pac .

Slightly true, Tho bigger people can get 6pac its just harder for them and they need to do more work. But it is possible. Geting the muscle is all about consistancy and not slacking.

Me on the otherhand have no more fat to turn into muscle, and having a high metabolism makes it hard to put weight on.

And you need the weight to pu the muscle on, no weight means no muscle.

He's already said he's got high metabolism. Putting weight on is generally rather impossible.
