I've been using isohunt.com for the best part of this year, kept around 50gb of films, deleted 100gb+, they normally come in a 700mb file, so it's safe to assume I've got a fair bit of experience with them.

If you want to be on the cautious side, read comments and keep an eye open for anything dodgy, if you're not bothered then just grab any version of the film you're after with 2k+ seeds, assuming it's a recent release it's common to have that many seeds, if it's fake the seed number drops very rapidly, if it stays up then it's probably legit.
