Final Fantasy 12

Got it when it came out, well into it.

I like the new battle system, although I think I prefer the old one... but it's nice to be able to do everything in real time yet still keep the classic ff look.

Probably won't be a massive hit with the community as all anyone ever wants is ff7 again, which is something you can't replicate because it's more about the experience you had playing a game like that for the first time.

I like the whole series though, even x-2... this one's definitely a hit for me.

13 is the reason I'm getting a ps3.

me and atom been hardcore FF players since we were kids, i played pretty much all of em, even got the remastered snes/nes games for ps1, have yet to try this game but all i hear is its FF11 offline.

Honestly dunno if ill enjoy new system though.

FF8 was flawed.. and far too easy. Not a bad game but..

FF12 isn't bad I just couldn't keep going back to it though.. I got about 25hours into it and haven't loaded it up in about a month (I got the American version)
It is a good game just there isn't all that much of a story going on..

6 was one of the best FF imo 10 was the worst

thats what i thought the whole SeeD and even getting a rank and earning a salary, the gardens with there different factions class. I admit just playing though the game was kinda easy BUT as with all FF's to get the hole picture you need to search out and find the different GF's (pthh aions what all that about GF FTW)

Everyone says that yet I gurantee most of them don't have every GF and have completed all bosses and have all cards. Even more so anyone without the help of a guide.

Getting to the end of the story might be easy, but FF8 was unique in as much as there were perhaps the most sub-plots to complete than any other FF game.

Personally I find 7 much easier to beat than 8, beating the weapons included.

No Microsoft did not buy the rights to Final Fantasy anyone with half a brain would know that SquareEnix would not limit their biggest selling games to one system.

Sawell I pretty much got everything there was to do in the game I gave up when I got to ultmacias castle..

I will admit I enjoyed the Card Game but I prefered 9's

I started playing 8 again a while back on the laptop got to Disc 3 got myself to level 99 and stopped playing again lol Will admit I enjoyed it more the second time.

Will probably never play 7 again to be honest.. unless they remade it

dont even get me started on how many times i missed out that gf you can only get before the space center blows up.

they did remake ish ff7 the ultima edition i think it was called i have it somewhere. did anyone ever get those vmu's that sony made where you could download your chocho bo what ever you call em and play mini games to and you got stuff that you could port over to to your main game? its in ff8 too if you have ever had the pc version?

Final Fantasy 2 was awesome in terms of storyline, which is also what made final fantasy 7 great. The reason most people dont like the way FF has gone is there is a general feeling that the sucess of FF7 turned the series from something intresting and unique, into a cash machine.

The Materia system thay had in Final Fantasy 7 was my favourite system, and probably one of the best things about the game. I didnt like that draw system they had in FF8 and I didnt bother with the games after that.

i bought FF12, i was VERY disappointed with the graphics...but then again i am used to seeing HD 360 on a big tv....that could be why though....
i am yet to actually get that into it, the battle system pissed me off soon as i started playing.
started going downhill now tbh, imo they're trying to create something new, instead of the same things over and over again but it just isn't working for the series.

7 was undoubtedly the best game of the bunch, no point denying it, im by no means a fanboy, i've played nearly every FF that has come out, but in terms of playability and **** to do, FF7 > *, you say you had cards, gfs etc etc in 8 but you also had Ultimate weapons in 7, utlimate limit breaks, max out games in the golden saucer, Gold chocobo, Ruby and emerald weapon, and of course every piece of materia ingame to collect.

Me and atom used to play FF7 as kids, managed to get as far as ruby, only thing that analed us from 100% completetion was Emerald.

Good times ladies, good times.

Lol, finally completed FF12 the ending was crap fer me tbh, they running out of ideas or something, it just didnt have as much as an adventurative thrill, and did anyone find the limits (quickenings) a rip off of some of the ff7 ones, some ff8 we're in there as well

Loads more but too tired, can't wait for the next ff its like 5-6 months away i heard, seen screenshots, they had the battle system there so im guessing its the actually graphics, which i must add are jaw dropping

Sorry to bump lol, its just a good series, oh and 3 on DS, the last boss took the.. even with the 4 heros of light & darkness. Still good fun..

Also they made a demo of FF7 on PS3, looks sweet BUT i have heard its only a demo and they wont be bringing it out..please tell me someones heard otherwise *cry*
