Hi

I opened firefox earlier and a box come up sayin sommet about accounts i just clicked ok but it said it was already i use i need to make a new account to use firefox so i made a new one.

but now i dont know how to get back to my old account with all my bookmarks and saved info and so on on it....

any help would be great

That happens to me quite often
Firefox just deletes all my bookmarks and stuff so i have to reimport em from Internet Explorer I dont think u can get back your old account

Ah that explains it, Normally happens when i hold the power button on my laptop instead of shutting it down right(I cba to wait lol)

Anyway to prevent it besides not holding the power button to shut down?

yay sorted it, if anyone else has this prob click start > run and type "firefox.exe -profilemanager" without the " now click ur profile and start firefox

Change your filesystem to NTFS, if you can.

FAT32 is notorious for these kind of problems, whereas with NTFS i just kill the power & all is fine.
