You can do a lot with a small bench. You're not going to get a lot of big numbers but if you focus on the volume and negative you're going to get some good gains. But, food is just as important.
I know, I know.

I've been using a smaller bench and it went sell. This one is a bit better. I also do pullups and gym rings which are probably the best purchase ever.

I don't track my macros anymore but I already know what I should eat in a day. I've gained around 8-10kg of muscle in the last year.

Where you legs gone? Seen twiglets thicker than them!
i've got limitations with legs since the op and other issues, i can resume squatting in October.

Pretty lean now. Carbs coming down and increasing vitamin C. Last ten days I remove carbs and then reintroduce two days peak to fill out. If all goes well, shredded and huge.
