I think u guys shd check this spell...
Is a high lvl spell, hard to get etc, bla,bla
Ok so, i try it lvl 0 in pks, **** dmg, pve even worse.
Then i try lvl 1, same dmg, not even upgraded..ok then after more geeking i got it to lvl 2 finally, 20 exppots later, time wasting etc.. and wow! My ff hits 20 dmg up to 110 max hits in 15-59 mc.
and when i say 110 hits, dnt think i hit 2/3 hits lol..
funny thing is tht i use TS more in pve.
So..i go and try the lvl 3..in a week or so and do another post, or u can check it.
I try it with base mc, would get.more if tht hwan set would work or rms quest fixed..

On Euro Flame Field damage was based purely on base MC. Might be the same here?

dunno if is built like on euro, but i will try it when gms fixing quests and sets bonuses..

so u need 45 and lvl 3 to hit some dmg, and u talking about pve. check the skill in pvp, and check the skill at lvl 1 and 2 too..

They should thank me because in fact they took lots of my hints, creating basic server rules for one.
Anyway hopeless server, they get easily manipulated by people asking what they want. Anyone with that kind of personality will never be a leader let alone run a server.

Level 0/1 FF has always been "meh" level 2 FF is a decent improvement and level 3 FF is broken beyond belief, as per norm. In PvP 1 wizard FFing was never that scary. It's when 3 of them are all standing next to each other FFing, that's when true fear settles in.

It's a real damn shame you can't pay people to get better at the game like you have done to get them to level you.
