Ok, I'm just wondering, is it possible to have the interface work in the same way as it did on official us and euro etc? I mean with the Skils window that gave you 4 boxes for skills? I know that the graphics for this is in GameInter1 but how do I get it viewable? It seems to me this file is rather unnescessary in the client unless it can be implemented. If anyone knows if it is possible please reply.

for the old style inter to be displayed? I've NEVER seen this on any private server, which is why I am asking is it possible to have it in game?

you want to use an older interface? then grab the exe that comes with the older interface and try.

no what i mean is, on the official server there was an extra box for the skills window, which had 4 tabs for 4 different set ups for skills... that part of the interface is in the client, that isn't the problem, is there any way to implement it on a private server? Because upto now I haven't seen the extra window on a private server. I'm sure people know what I mean who have played the official us and euro servers

Your going to have to be more specific about it or provide screenshots from some where.

As the files all ingame are the same as the official.

Ok, the image attached is the box that is usually positioned in the top left of the screen when you open the skills window. On each tab you could assign 12 skills for the 12 F Keys. Basically it gave you 4 different set ups, which was great for tao's and wizzies who could set up a page of skills for 4 different hunting grounds rather than keep re-assigning all your skills every hunt. I'm sure anyone who played official servers will remember this. I just wanna know, is it possible to have this on a private server?

I'm using the one for the latest euro client same as most people are I imagine. But as I said I haven't seen this in use on any private server, which is why I'm wondering if it is possible to have it as I've onyl ever seen it on official servers. Obv i don't know if it is set server side or what but as i've been told numerous times the server files are emulated so maybe its a feature that wasn't put in place on the 3.55 files... i dunno, but correct me if I'm wrong, has ANY private server got this feature with the skills window?

You need to use the mir3.exe that comes with the file.

i've tried using that and also the one that comes with the 3.55 files, and still not showing the extra window. so dunno what is going wrong :S

if it's the same exe that you use on euro, it should show you the other interface. I don't think the server side has anything to do with it.

TBH I've seen it in the files, but I don't remember it ever being part of Euro mir - I never used it anyway if it was and don't remember if there was a short cut for it.

no, read again, if you don't understand use a translator, they are talking about the old interface

Only on KR Mir3.exe and you can't use the EXE :-( (I have tried it many times with no luck) the Client ask for Auth and don't get it from the Private Server.

thank you for the reply coly, was interested to find out if this was at all possible, seem's a shame it isn't as it is very useful for wizzies and tao's.
