Has body drop rate be raised, so that you can collect money from them stupid orbs?

Of late, I feel that iteems seem to be dropping more often than before, I should know this as I'm a wiz :(

As I am not part of a powerful guild, means that I have little chance of killing things for a quick buck. I was just popping into town shop to set up for a little lvling, when I was killed and lost my my belt and ring to a small cocked arsehole. Losing 1/5 of everything that you own to a player who is board may sound funny to many on here. However, playing a game that prevents you from even repairing items with out being taken down and dropping ya kit will make the few happy, and the majority of players to bugger off.

PvP'ing and fighting makes Mir what it is today, and the fighting happens ALL over the game, but why cant you GM'S add a SZ buffer around the shops, to give some of us weaker players a chance to repair our items before we lose them.

The irony thing about this was, I was just about to buy the new mount, not a chance now.

He's referring to the Medals (that you can only wear one of at a time) that act as a Hard Torch, for different parts of your gear.

Honestly, I would rather you'd just given people the option to buy a REPAIRABLE medal that lowers the rate of which items lose dura by X% - no more than 30%.

As it stands now, you can keep certain items alive forever if you're willing to pay for it. This was never the problem, the problem was dura going down too quickly.

I hope you reconsider these medals, honestly.

Died twice in pvp BW today dropped once so 50/50 ratio. Moral of the story don’t play fisty cuffs in ya best jeans and shirt if ya can’t afford to replace them...stick to Primani in town and Armani in safe zone.

Wow, look at the new mount stats and now these medallions? you said you were never going to add hard torches but here we are with a new £20 stats mount. go **** your selves :D

I love the new mount, looks wicked if u ask me I’m never off it. And the medals only providing dura saves for a specific item rather than whole kit hard torches...not a problem tbh it’s cool. Whole kit hardtorches would be annoying tho.

For the record I don't think GM's are cash grabbing. I've seen far, far worse servers. I just think, if they're adding new mounts; allow old ones to be sellable, and they've simply taken the wrong approach to the hardtorch/medal/duraloss situation.

Dan and Kane aren't evil people, don't make them out to be.

Nothing cash grab about it.

So you admit dura is fked up (or torches wouldn't be needed) but believe the solution is to let donators keep there kit forever while us mere peasants
have to keep replacing our kit with new kit for gold in game.

how can this possibly not be seen as pay to win :S. certain people can now level in there best kit giving them a massive advantage in levelling speed.
So I either level slower in a **** kit, or I level in my best kit and have to replace all the time while the donator can just keep his kit and gold

Sounds like someone has been buying Evian... Sorry.

Your the kind of person who does not even play the server, but has so little to do, that you come on here to post your moronic and ignorant opinions around, (remember thats what they are opinions, however much you convince yourself otherwise). The fact that only 4/5 people on a forum that gets 1,000s of people a day come on are calling this pay to win, show your the anomaly, im sure this wont process for you, but that is a fact, rather than an opinion.

For the user above, we dont consider durability an issue, we consider the fact that a HUGE amount of the user base want hard torches, and we dont want to give hard torches, even ones that only slows down the duration. These however give players an opportunity to decide if they have just 1 piece of kit they want to protect, they can (remember they cannot wear more than 1 at a time). Once again we would make 500X the amount if we just put hard torches in (again prooving we are only crippling our own income, for what we feel is best for the server), most people wont even bother with these, but some players who have put the effort in, to make a really nice ring, or a really nice brace, this may come in useful for them.

Buxton water is where it's at, just saying.
Xx69xX Still think you're better off putting in a Medal that slows dura loss by, say, 30% overall. That's the issue right now that people are having. As far as i'm aware, 90% of people don't want hard torches or want the medals you've put in as if you've made a "nice item" you have the reward of... that item for its entire duration - it shouldn't last forever, that stops them wanting to create/gem new items and only harms the economy.
