Gm Cheat

On my server, That only I play - I type @ and it says " Faggot??!! "

I type the @testga password and then it says faggot in red. meaning it's the right password and yet I have no control over the gm commands? This is on my non gm character.

If I enter a different password to it it won't come up with the red faggot. Why doesn't it work? Obveously I am glad it doesn't. But reasons?
