GM Command 1.9 not working

ok i have got my server up and running have added a gm into the server and have been running about with her. i have change her level and know where Comdand file is and have list of the comands. the problem is that none of the commands work. i can enable GM mode. i have tried restarting my server serval times but i think i am unsure how to work it. like @make <item> <number> that does not work. also is there a item list that you can read that has all the items list in game names. this starting to wind me up.

in the admin.txt a full game master needs to have * infront of its name, maybe you set it so you are only a half Game MAster(can shout, go observer and superman, noting else)

thx for you help. i sorted it. discoverd i was typing them in wrong. i was putting brackets in when i didn't need too. but thx for you help.

well... they not all working...toxic can u tell me the command to change sabuk owner and to start sw war because they not working for me

And if his command.ini is english then either he is doing the command wrong or he is not a GM simple as that

and @Forcedwallconquestwar shouldnt need a Guild Name but im not sure... never needed to use it
