Hacker attack DB Server msg

Can anyone make sense of this for me please?

[Hacker Attack] _NEWCHR elstarda/194.xxx.xxx.xxx
H-QyChr=0 H-NwChr=1 H-DlChr=0 Dubl-Sl=0 H-Er-P1=0 Dubl-P2=0 Dubl-P3=0 Dubl-P4=0

It showed up in my DBServer today, and i'm not liking it for obvious reasons. I blocked out the IP it gave.
My DBServer is in my windows FireWall as an exception rule, that only my IP can access it.

i used to get that all the time on my 1.9 just keep a eye on him

it means sum **** has hacked into ur db server/ comp. keep an eye out and block the ip etc.. get windows anti sypware cus it pops up saying should i allow this ip etc u click no and it stops it.

The DBServer.exe is already blocked off via Window's firewall.

That means pretty much FA for me. I get that quite often, yet the player name which pops up with the message, is a completely neutral player.
I just take it as nothing.
