You do get asked questions that relae to the job, but you also get questions for them to find out what personality you have etc, to see if you will fit into the "team". A happy team is a productive team

True that. However, if they asked me questions i was not expecting i would be put right on the spot, i like to prepare before-hand i cant just go along with it kinda thing. I have always been the one to think about things for a while and then solve or go about it in a different manner.

I can, but i prefer to think about things first and how things could turn out etc. Enyway, i wonder how HellCaster got on.

I didn't know that... if I got asked those sorta personal questions in an interview I'd just assume they were coming on to me...
