Why can players attack Heros, but Heros cannot attack back? This is not the same as Official.
(Does a TaoHero still purify and heal players in PvP?)

This change does nothing but benefit cowards, and support grief play. And, so far the grief play has been non stop. Hero doesn't respond to PK, can drop from body, can get stuck, will more than likely be "in combat" before PK, so cant be put away to avoid PK.. recipe for disaster.

I play mostly solo, Tao/Sin hero. Hero carries me 100%. All of my time and gold goes into upgrading Heros gear, as it does all the work. Yet I'm having to put it on a BOT that's been made defenseless, and reactionless to PK... that body drops. I am two sitting ducks to PK.

Why turn Pk off for one, but not the other? Why not leave it like the Official? Could Heros not have Red/Brown Attack Mode at least?
Let my hero slap some of these cowards back.

I think heroes the way they are work fine...if there’s one change that would make it better for me would be to simply allow “put away hero” even when in combat

That or they take substantial less damage from PvP if they aren't going to fight back!

I think heroes the way they are work fine...if there’s one change that would make it better for me would be to simply allow “put away hero” even when in combat

This seems like the most logical solution lol

Work fine? They've been disabled... Putting Heros away in combat would be abused in PvE.

I hope we will see things get resolved but some how I feel the GM's do not have time to run their own server :( (You can tell by the lack of responses) Hopefully this does not go the way the Ancient server did. Until then, we must fish!

Managed to get ahold of @Chriz last night, caught him with his pants around his ankles, assisting a player in cat cave. He recognized my name immediately, and responded to the subject.

@Chriz is absolutely clueless, in understanding that he's the enabler to such coward grief play.

SinHeros effected PvP? You should see this PvP now, coward assassins chase defenseless hero, don't even go after player. Great adjustment.

By simply disabling Heros to PK/BodyDrops, it would immediately have a positive effect for the entire server, and its future.

These decisions to cater to such coward grief play will only make players quit.

Get your facts straight, I was assisting no-one, merely observing, and talking to players in a new area for feedback, as I did with you.

Also, I didn’t recognise your name at all, I have never had any interaction with you prior to the conversation we had in that instance which consisted primarily of you complaining to me about your hero being killed by a player.

Heroes are non PVP on here, they never will be - we have said so from the very beginning.. If you're in a fight, put it away or teleport away if you can’t. If we made Heroes not drop, then they would be a very easy method to keep items safe in PVP.

The one change we may implement is to allow Heroes to be desummed if attacked by a player (effectively ignoring the combat cooldown timer) which I have already told you..

I saw two white dots on the mini map, as soon as you came into my screen (running 1600 not full screen), your message, "hey bud", was already floating above your character. I said "well well well" you said "fair comments, thanks" i said "how ironic", and that was it. The whole encounter lasted a full 20sec. Ran right past you and kept hunting. So, obviously my name was recognized.. It was ten? minutes after, when I messaged you personally, and yes, about some invisible coward a that appears beside a completely defenseless hero, that isn't going to react to PK, is in Combat with a mob, has reduced hp, and gets killed in an instant, by the same Class(Assassin) that you say breaks Heros and PvP in the first place...........

Cool. So, why can players still attack Heros? Pk, is a PvP type situation. -- I'm completely PvE on this server, never played for PK. Every time my Hero is attacked, I'm simply minding my own business in PvE, trying to enjoy your server. -- Disable Hero body drops from PK, but allow drops from Heros bag. Disable Hero's equipment from being removed/or equipped outside of a Safezone. This would drastically reduce the grief play, make real Pkers actually go after players again, and hero bag wouldn't be used as a safe box in PvP.

Correct, you did tell me. But, who am I to relay that information publicly, before you've had a chance to address it yourself...? --- This would enable players to attack their own Heros, to reset a timer, to avoid any deaths..

To Clarify I was talking to an Assassin who had been hunting in a new cave when you came on screen. I was indeed running a high resolution - so I said 'Hi Bud' to you. I then said 'fair comments thanks' to the assassin in a bid farewell and ran over toward you.

I'm not quite sure what you're expecting from me. There are various mechanics that I have suggested to my team and we are discussing internally in regards to hero griefing. I see your point and have acknowledged that, there is no benefit to continually bump this thread..
