When you're server is finally finished, then you can say it's been "fun". Truth is it isn't fun at all. Stressful, tedious, monotonous and time consuming.

The only reason I have made this server is purely to give people something to play worth while, (I hope anyway). Anybody who finds doing this "fun" needs their head checking out fast lol.

tbh i wasnt having a dig at your server by that post and my server is probably more complete than your own i just dont want to release it as it isnt finished and currently isnt even being worked on and hasnt bin for months but i agree its time consuming and annoying, good luck with your server though giving people something to play is always a good thing! i just hope it isnt overran with donations like most servers now :l

I wasn't having a dig either mate. We are definitely not going to let donations take over on here. Like I said, we just wanted to make a fun server that people can play and enjoy. It's all done now and has been for a while, just the damn dedi company that let us down.

I ran a server on the worlds ****test net.. Connected to 3 Comps and 3 Xbox's And no 1 complained about any lagg at all.. So i recon you should try it for "1" Day Beta or w.e to see how bad laggg is? Then try to fix the soluction?

If lagg isnt bad as you say it is we can have 1 Week of live till you sort the Dedi out?

Just a suggestion.

PS: Lagg is usly coused by to many monsters in 1 Cave Or carnt handle a certain amount of users. Also FW in SZ can cause it.

too many monsters rarely cause server lag just mob lag, but it would be good to try a day beta for people to see the server and see what its like also it could help stress test your pc to see if it is capable of temperarely hosting a server (the new torozor server has awful mob lag yet still a high usercount) so im sure people wouldnt mind a day with abit of it

Right here's the deal. Still no word from the original company I was looking to purchase from so I took it into my own hands to find some other companies which seem more professional. I have had several quotes all of which are within my budget. I have emailed 2 of them and phoned another. All have machines available and promised quick activation etc.

I will give it another 3-4 hours to see if any of them lower their prices, (after I email them saying "x company has offered me this deal blah blah blah) and if they all stick to their guns, I will simply choose the best deal and then sort the payment.

If all goes well, we could have it online tonight!

Fingers crossed guys please.

I will keep you updated as soon as I hear anything or make a decision as to what company to part my cash with.

Thanks for being so understanding about this guys and having patience with me. I will make it all worth the wait, I promise!

Take your time mate im sure everyone has othere things to do unless there sad gits lol. Which i doubt that.. Just keep us updated every so often as possible And that's all people really ask for.

Ok well unfortunately it's not possible to get it up tonight as I need to do a bank transfer. I'll have to do it as soon as the bank opens tomorrow morning. Got a decent dedi saved for me though and the manager says that it's a quick process once we have transferred all the data that we need to.
