Here's how:

You say no one else can donate for para / xp rings / luck necky. This will make people angry with you and quit.
You say these items can be donated for by everyone, this will make them flood server which in turn will be boring and kill server.

You messed up bad.

I honestly feel that people are massively over reacting. It's one para, a x2 ExpRing, (which is being used by someone who has a busy life and can't play as much as most of you) and a Luck 5 necklace, which won't make a luck 9 kit anytime soon. Maybe I am missing something but it doesn't seem like a big deal to be honest.

As far as the server goes, yes it isn't perfect by a long way but this is my first attempt and we are trying our best to make it better and listen to everyone about making improvements.

You made it perfectly CLEAR PARAS will be RARE, Fair enough if server was up at least 2 weeks and you sold a PARA wouldn't be such a fuss about it, but on the 2nd day are you mad ? seriously

The way you went on about this server was going to be all brilliant, lead everyone on. Actually log on theres sod all too do really bad let down sorry nothing personal but don't like being lied too.

Just ignore people.
Don't sell anymore of them items and you'll be fine.

Just make a daily lord spawn in a cave (through robot) then add exp rings and rare rings in that drop file.
Make it a hard boss. People will forget about this in a week.
As long as you provide the content and the ability to gain the same items as everyone else.
You'll be set.

I'd suggest pushing item sets closer together also.
Having them items after 50+ drop only from subs/bosses.
Stop mobs dropping HP/MP Bundles - only pots.
Introduce varied HP/MP bundle prices for X amount of gold.
Introduce more ways that drain gold from the server.
Like selling DC/MC/SC+ drugs for like 1m a pop.

Its a pretty basic server. Nothing exciting.
The only reason the usercount is so high for the moment is because theres no where else for people to play.
Once you stop doing anything, its going to die.
I havent seen an update since its been up.
Should at least of had one ready before it went online to save you some work and all the tears.

No Ellmo you are wrong. They aint overreacting. The donation thing was a *** up. I told you from start you should have actual kit in donations and wait couple weeks so that ppl see how the server is like etc.

You cant justify the fact that you sold ONLY couple of those items and the part with the "busy irl guy" is retarded.

Its like saying "I only sold couple GM-Rings but they are slow and have no pvp skills so will be ok".

Dude, I admitted that I made a mistake. Can we not let this go now please? I sold the para because I was worried that I wouldn't have enough cash for the next dedi payment. I didn't know if I would make enough to pay it. This is my first server so I didn't want to take the chance.

few bugs - no decent time on items, anyone can pick up an item dropped from a mob no matter who got exp.
level 70 tao brace has no stats.


this isn't a bug, but i think there needs to be a bigger gap between stats. like 80 kit is +1 or 2 stats than 45 kit and it means everyone's around the same strength no matter what level.
Things like evilmir will never be killed even when were 110. as we will only have an extra 20 stats then. Realy think item stats need re-workin abit. atleast 5 more sc/dc/mc at each item stage.

We wanted the stats to be similar in the lower level kits mate as it keeps it balanced better. From 90+ is where kit really makes a difference. I will fix those bugs, thank you for reporting it.

I'm not covering it up with crap in any way shape or form. The fact is, somebody asked if they could buy a para and I thought "I can put that money to one side as a guaranteed payment for next month". Like I said, I had no idea at the time if anyone would want to donate and as I am currently unemployed, it made sense and made me feel better knowing I would be able to keep this up. Yes, looking at it now, it was a mistake to sell it but that's where experience in running a server comes in to it. This is my first attempt so yes there will be bad judgements, some worse than others. That's life. You live and you learn.
