welcome me to the server more people = more fun no latency issues here also so less need for them to 'cheat'

using the race card doesn't impress people any more
there are Chinese players on that server who were not banned(because they weren't caught cheating)
there are non Chinese player who were banned because they were caught cheating.
No one cares whether yr Chinese or from mars any more
