**** me. I'm a computer network engineer and trying to sort this for my wife. Over the last 2 days I have downlaoded and redownloaded client and
latest patcher, done all your suggested tweaks and I'm still getting after the logon boxes a black square top left on my screen which stops the mouse moving outwith the area. I have to log off to get control back of my machine. I have downloaded all the . net framework, win 10 wont download 4.5 because apparently it has a better version already installed. Ive set up the exe as compatible xp service pack 3 and it still fails to work. For you people that can't get it to work, it's not your fault, I cant suss it out either. Got 980ti in this machine, is it a DX prob?

Somone made a comment in another post about changing res in config file. I changed it to 1080 and now the game works. I'll fine tune it tomorrow but obviously an issue with resolution and DX12 card. Plays well, fast, but is pixellated.
