How to Tutorial (60 fps) Are You Ready For Fun PVPs ?

Is Dxtory easy to use? Iv never used any recording program's to test FPS, is there nothing else that's classed legal on here to see your FPS?
it's easy doesn't use hardly any resources, it just shows the fps in top left corner, you don't have to be recording for this to happen.
Isit just like how razer game booster works? Run the exe from it? I would just use that but it's classed as cheating here...
I've always had 64 frames in full screen, 60 frames in windowed mode. However slower in-game when full screen due to stretching (large monitor)

I will say one thing, I have done a test with a Dell dimension E520, (old! like 2006 pc) but I am using 100 Meg connection, however the gears of war theme tweak works because it boosts your visual effect making your frames more stable, and i am also useing a HD series 6570 ddr 3 Saphire grafics card (useing DVI not HD), on the log on screen before logging into your account (this will constantly hit 60+ FPS) however in game it will reduce near safe zone areas (with people More fraps are used in units) only open area it will work properly (where there is less people) smart close programme will destroy any programmes used to boost net.4 and CCC etc, if you don't configure it properly to your own use.
your best aim is to get a HD graphics card and the GOW theme, and internet connection with more than 2 meg, thats all you need to boost. additional to that its your own choice to close down physical programms such as un-used sevice.msc programms. anything to do with visual effect dont touch it or u will fail in speed.

i have 20mb connection and 70 fps and im probably the slowest person on this game....... people appear off me screen behind me, over take me and leave the screen again. think i need to buy a new PC lol:@:

Sorry to slightly burst your bubble but chronicles is capped at 60fps so 70 is an impossibility, yes sometimes people's will jump to 61,62,63 occasionally but it goes straight back down. If you had 70fps your game would run smooth as ****! My PC runs chronicles at 60fps occasionally dropping to 52/53 but never any lower and I have no lag whatsoever.
I have 4 Monitors, 3x 120Hz, 1x 60Hz.
If I have my game on any of the 3 moniotrs with 120Hz i get 64FPS, if i move it to the 60Hz it will be 60 FPS. there is no fluctuation in my FPS.
I run mir on a 42" 1080p LED LG tv at maximum settings I still don't get no where near the 70, fair play to you if you get 64 without any fluctuation but it's still not the 70 stated. And like I said it would make no sense that he lags with 70fps.

I wanted to share this because I'll be playing a whole lot less and not 100% bothered if many players become speedy and play the game it's meant to be played.
It should work for all windows 7 users -
wait until the game comes back on and you test out you're speed in PVP etc you'll be smoother and faster than someone that has only installed the game without any changes.
There is only two people I find to be faster than me in this game and they are Ultima and Korriban and they only fraction faster, hard to land poisons and sfb in mid running. everyone is equal or slower.

I've seen a lot of people that are a LOT faster than you. I am not fast at all by any means but you don't seem nippy at all to me. The fastest person I have seen is either ZombieSenpai or a lowish level Sin called Taylor.
