I dont know if this has been posted... but BH showed me an easy way to work out a mon's Appr...

Right Firstly each mon file has a number we all know that (e.g Mon1.wil or Mon18.wil)

How to do the Maths:
1) You take the number of the Mon file and take away 1
2) You also take the number of the monster in the wil file and take 1.
3) Put the numbers together to get your Appr for the mob...

Heres an Example For a RootSpider:
1) Its Mon.wil file is Mon14.wil so u do (14-1=13)
So your first number is 13
2) Its the 3rd Monter in the wil files so u do (3-1=2)
So your second number is 2
3) Put 13 and 2 together to get 132
132 is the Appr for a RootSpider

How to Work out an Appr of L-Mon File:
L-Mon is worked out the same way with one diffrence...
L-Mon Wils start at Mon30.wil so you work out the L-Mons Appr like this...

Example of MinotaurKing:
MinotaurKing is in L-Mon7.wil and as L-mon wils start at 30 you add 7 onto 30 which gives 37 then you do the rest the same as normal wils...

1) Its Mon.wil file is Mon37.wil so u do (37-1=36)
So your first number is 36
2) MinotaurKing is the 8th mob in the wil file so you do (8-1=7)
So your Second number is 7
3) Put the numbers together gives you 367
367 is MinotaurKings Appr Number

Hope This Helps, It Helped Me Alot :)
Thanks BH :)
