For a job like this then hourly rate is preferred as features would be ongoing. However if you want a specific feature and not the entire source completing to standard I would consider a fixed price. The rate I offered is considerably less than what I charge real clients.

Get the heroes up to date with Shanda, get the monk coded (Not sure how you done this as it's not even fully released.), code a decent cheat system then release a test version of your files.
Do this then i would expect a fair few people paying for your services, but heroes are just far out dated and very unstable cheat wise to use at the moment, this is why C# is the best option at the moment.
No one will pay someone unless they show what they can do and offer.
Thats not upto date , i've got facebook chat system in vir arrowchat, you talk about update but when you don't know what is a update

Your problem here is that you have 9 posts and your account was made today. You have no reputation or past history.
You've come on our community forum as a leecher, took LOMCN's heroes files which have been developed for free and now you are trying to add a few little extras and then try to sell them on? The majority of the work is LOMCN's and your using LOMCN to advertise your product, so shouldn't you be paying LOMCN a small fee?

Shanda haven't released Monk (it is still a concept).
Assassin already exists in Heroes (might by buggy, but its mostly there).
The images you posted are of Combo skills that also pre-exist in the Heroes code and client.
I didn't think we allowed the sale of custom code? (I dunno who told me/where I read), otherwise I would of put my services up long ago lol.

Sounds far too good to be true :S But ill pay for coded files anyday! Files are holding me back currently

-_- Obviously something isn't right here like.... why would you code monk and sin into the most buggy shitty files ive ever played. -_- 25 a hour aswell but you will sell the full hero files for 90 ? So you coded a fully working monk class in 3 and a half hours -_-
lol at all this hour rate, who in there right mind would rush to finish it that way? should be a set amount within an agreed time, then people wud get there arses moving to finish it lol ^^
