See the head gasket thing is wierd.
My mates had a ZR for a year, had no problems
Ive had mine about 6months, had no problems.
Someone at work has had hers for about 3 yeas, no problems
i know loads of people from net who have had theres years, no problems.
But then ive heard of many of problem from others
Pne mate had one for 4 months, had 2 go, but he did chip his, and added a turbo (i think), and also drives like a nob, so i was not surprised.
And spoke to a few people on net who have also had there problems.

You understand corsas are one of the most RELIABLE cars you can buy? Why you think their so popular to first time buyers, great car, great insurance price... New shape astra is nice but an older mans car.
The vectra is nice but people will shun you off, given you passed your test, next day gloated at doing 100 mile in a 30 mile area, and then post that you crashed your car cos you reversed the car, and a parked car came out of nowhere.
