Apologies lifco but i can't believe u'd even concider it.
it just looks like a kid crying for power.

only idiots. gm'ing has got to be the most boring thing ever.
and lol @czechfdfldfdofdblog, theres no law of the 'real' gms, so he can structure it how the hell he likes.

lol GM was fun for me when i first starting playing around with it on a 1.4 server lmao. :P kinda got a bit tedious after a few weeks though.
Hes stated in that post hes had past experience, he is not corrupt and his sole purpose is to assist with creation/managment of a server. Some basic details there :P

Tbh why make a post saying "i want to be a gm"?!?! No one gonna give you a gm just cos you ask on a forum. People put alot of work into their servers and not likely to give a gm to someone unless they know them
Farphit it's just how i would structure it imo to prove that your actually organised just posting a post saying.
"I want to be GM i had experience" Makes me think, sounds like he's just a kid wanting power.
Doesn't sound too trustworthy, doesn't say what experience he's had and for how long and why he left there either.
Could mean he was corrupt, so to be honest a well structured post does actually sound more convincing.
But like i said that was my overall view.

He didn't want to be a gm so he could put it on his cv rofl. He's asking to be a gm because he wants to be a gm. Not because he thinks it'l make his life easier.

Being a GM is boring and tedious like someone said, it's really not what it's cracked up to be...

You always get blamed for something that isn't your fault.
You get constantly PM'd about something on the server that a certain player doesn't like, and expects you to change it.
You get PM'd by people who get PK'd and drop a nice item, and expect you to get it back.
You get constantly bugged to launch events every 2 hours.
You get complaints if the server goes offline for more than 2 seconds.
Basically a GM does sweet F A but sit around the safe zone, tells people to get a life and stop PM'ing, spawns pets, mobs and makes themselfs countless items.
