Well, in terms of the apps/movies etc that we exchange with eachother then £95 is a hell of a lot cheaper/better than buying it/leaving your pc online to download all of it.

So there's one bonus.

The other is the fact that you get to try out the ps3 and other consoles, and you can enter tournies which have a mhoosive prize fund should you get lucky.

Then there's the social aspect of being around 1,500 people with the same interests as you.

Then there's also the fact that you're away from home, with your mates from across the country, near alcohol, doing what you love to do.

So yeah I guess it comes down to personal preference, but I would never compare it to being sat at home on the net.

There's alcohol? OK. it's officially not a loser convention anymore.

But still.. Unless someones handing out free hardware, it's not worth it.

They don't hand out hardware, you can test out the latest hardware and PCs built by companies like Scan and Packard Bell with some crazy **** in them, and there is a raffle... I wont a PSU last time

UT Section > BF Section damnit!

I've been more times than any of you, thus i choose seating! :(
Altho they sit BF and UT next to each other usually, so I'll have a word with wizzo about getting your group and my group sat near each other.

And yes, its a 240mile trip each way· Driving ftw tho!
