Going off topic guys how is this relevant to weapon stats

Was kinda hoping for a patch on Monday gone that may have looked at and offered a potential solution to the issue. But I believe Jamie has confirmed that next reboot will be 12th at the earliest.

Not a lot more anyone can contribute till after Jamie makes some changes / publishes some patch notes. He may decide he's happy with the current stats on weapons.

So a level 38 mace should be better statted than a level 49 weapon then?

Or in Wizzies case a level 26 staff better than the level 56 weapon?

weapons are not 'fine' sins weapons alone need a whole revaluation
luck was changed to now be more effective even at low luck. this has had a knock-on effect on sins higher weps which only seem to improve on base Dc

for example

(ms) superior lvl45 wep, 12-23 DC - Rarity - only 2 currently in game after months of ms farming
superior lvl38 sin wep, 6-27 DC - Rarity - common, 100k in comms

since the luck change pls explain why u would pick 12-23 over 6-27. you wouldnt unless u had 0 luck. hunting a rare item shouldnt give u an item worse than a common item that has bout 20listed on comms especially when the item is 7 levels higher

If itemisation was fine why did the Koreans spend months rebalancing them all? I did a thread with examples of all the new item stats, mob stats. What they don't publish as easily are the skill changes, need a native Korean speaker to work that out.

You are talking about a server thats been around for a years to a server thats 2 months old? Where any new or returning players would be at such a disadvantage 90% of them wouldn't bother trying. not to mention mob stats where getting a little silly v item stats. Its the same way WoW shakes things up and offers a level boost at expansions and has nerfed player stats in the past as thats was going the other way with players getting massive silly stats. stop being am egg ffs

Take a look at what they have done before you comment, it is from the ground up, everything was changed, it was part of the transition from Wemade to YDOnline. They had returning player bonuses and also a lot of changes for new players.

Every single item from the start of the game to the end was adjusted, in favour of lower levels actually, monsters/exp/bosses/skills all adjusted, all in the favour of balancing the game from scratch.

You can catch up to the average level in a few weeks, you aren't at a major disadvantage gear wise as the power curve on growth is now linear based on level.

Pretty sure Jamie said somewhere that he will discuss it with shane on lat weekend meeting, but i think they forgot because he didnt bring out a word about it as 1 week passed and nothing happened

Not been on the priority list recently.

Hoping to add a few thing and a new cave next patch. Probably 2-3 weeks away. Before test server for new map

Would this be the “Southern Dunes” expansion or something else entirely??

OT - I agree with the others, in the current capacity most people simply only need to upgrade their weapon on an aesthetic basis as the stat increase between them all is minimal (excluding the elite weapons). I’d be happy to see some changes that mean different weapons get reworked to have more meaning/purpose.

I would say limit the amount of refine resets and give them 2-4 stat jump that way the higher level weapons have more potential

Refine reset is fine, it would take months before weapons would reach the point of having unreasonable stats (current reset time is 15 Days).
