lol didnt read anything i put?
very bad Clio's to place speakers, unless you mess about cuttign into the side panels.I read the part where it said you worship me as a god. Tbqfh I entirely forgot what the rig in my Clio looked like. In the end I disconnected the 6x9's but left the actual speakers in because it would have looked retarded otherwise. and I put in 2 custom made speaker boxes that contained:
1x 7" sub
1x some basic 2.5" speaker thing
and a tweeter
These all sat in my boot because there was **** all else space for them, and im sure you have a picture of the set-up somewhere floyd, or will at least remember it vaguely. The 2 speaker boxes sat on their ends either side of the sub.
It did **** up the balance of the sound in the car quite a bit, especially considering they all faced to the back of the car as well, but I couldn't put them anywhere else, as there is very little space to work with in a clio interior. I was considering rebuilding the boxes and trying to house them under the front seats, but never actually got round to doing it before I sold the car.
Any chance of getting back to what i should buy? lol
I'll definitely be getting a corsa so what evers best for one

My Clio used to rattle, could hear it from the outside coming from the boot areaI needed to sound deaden my old Saxo and I wasn't running anything massive.
Depends what car it is, Saxo's are awful for rattles.

This is what i did....
I passed my test last friday, then i started looking at cars so i bought this :
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1997-CORSA-1-...ameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting
Engine : 1.2L, it has black alloys , a sports exhaust and a spoiler.
I payed £850 for the car which is pretty decent, and im paying 1400 insurance easy plan ( so i payed 320 deposit and im paying 126 a month for 10months).
Get a small car, not too much modifications and a petrol imo they are better.
