Theres a real problem at hand, which is appears in pyraines post, but not noticed in relevance to a certain situation, which is "the need to mature".
Noticed how loads is being said about how the current youth grow up to fast, with 13 year olds pregnant, and kids getting into pubs at 15 and all this other ****. Yet the second those same people are in school, their maturity drops substantially.
Removing trouble makers like Leocrasher said is one way to deal with the problem, but it doesnt solve it. It offsets the problem, for example, you have 2 people in a class, one works their ass off and the other is a clown, and they are seperated.
The one who works hard goes on to own a company, where he employs unskilled and poorly educated workers like the second person. This person will more than likely act like a dickhead on the job and ultimately be a problem to everyone he works with, and he STILL costs our hardworking friend time and money.
Worse still, by taking the clowns and putting them in one class, your effectively creating a troup of monkeys, it solves nothing. The problem jsut becomes condensed, with a pack of idiots in one room, setting each other off, and the eventual outcome is they get worse. Do that for everyone in a school, and you;ve got a handful of pissed off and stressed out teachers, whom wont be able to give you the full benefit in lessons anyway, because they spent the previous lesson trying to control a pack if idiots.
When people are removed from classes out into the corridor, or whatever, that is THE most effective method of dealing with them, it doesnt sort the problem, but at the very least, they cant disturb people, and they cant associate themselves with others, the downside is, it isnt a viable option because the second these people are in sight of each other, they get worse.
