I don't think Actoz developed mir1
Acording to korean sources it seems like they actualy did, then they kind of created/hired wemade to take care of the Legend of mir's future development, but after the success of LoM2, they didnt want to pay the 30% share of the sales to Actoz Soft, so then a big lawsuit war between them happened. source: https://namu.wiki/w/액토즈소프트
It seems like the big confusion was because of the Digita Bros (Game-Network) release, because the name was just Legend of Mir: The Three Heroes, so... many have taken the version as the first game in the series, even gamefaqs says that version from 2001 as the first in the series (

I hope it fits the reality of releases in the series, some sites are saying that LoM: The Three Heroes was released in 2000, and some say that it was released late in 2004, but most of the sites point to 2001 so i go with it until i can confirm it otherwise.
