Help invalid login

Hi guys new to game and unable to get into it created account used that id and pass and getting invalid login. Do i need to create a seperate account for game if so where do i do this as can`t see any links or anything

if you have invalid login, this means you are typing wrong password or ID

As this is already a thread i'll post here. Ive entered my details to create a new account but haven't yet received an email to confirm my account.
Does this usually take a long time? Its been around 10 minutes now.

i have same problem with invalid login made two accounts can log into website but not the game, im trying to make an account for my son ive made one for myself but made two more and not working

just noticed a problem when creating an account on the website lets u have more than 15 character password but when logging into the game u can only use 15 characters so password need to be 15 characters or less

write it down ? use it alot ? its just i see that problem was letting yous know :P

same here invalid log in ? i did 15 character with caps but its gave me this message ( invalid login a template)

Also same issue here, not an amount of characters issue. Confirmed my account this morning and just will not log on. Is the website not updating?
