ip config for cruel

as cruel has gone for 60h i can't figure it out
he suggested changing all ip's to 127.0.0.1 leaving all 7xxx port ip's set to WAN ip...
while i start crueldragon3g.exe in holleydbserver i receive this error:

what should be changed to WAN ip not changing too much to leave as many 127.... as possible

second error shows in crueldragon3g.exe. db wait error while rungate accepts incoming palyer - understand it is connected with dbserver error.
again propably with messed up 127xxx and WAN ip's

there is server screen
and client screen

Did 17NG meantion that everyone who bought versions upto 3.40 were then forced to pay again if they wanted 3.5x and probably when 3.6x range comes out make you pay once more?? The Chinese are Up in arms at this constant charging, esp as they already paid once for the files. So what do you get new on 3.5X, well there is the Stats (DC, AC etc) going Past 255, once Unpacked this is easy enough to hex in anyhow. Armour Glows - Wow lets all get worked up about some on-screen glowing armour The New mobs I have already got in without shelling out £140 notes - brill eh.

I agree that Skills going Upto Level 5 Automatcily is a good feature but the question still stands - does a Level 4/5 Skill Do Any more dmg then a Level 3 one? What does a Level 4/5 Summon Shinsu/Skelly give you for example and did he fix the bug where it spawned LOADS of Shinsu on screen until eventually the server dies....

I fail to see why you should be laughing Holley3.55 has been out since November(I think dont remember) yet still hasnt even been nearly cracked I'd pay if I had the cash readily available hell most mir3 servers with high usercounts could easily get the cash through donations

And from what derwisz told me he struck a deal with 17NG and paid alot less than 2000yuan So instead of waiting for the files to be hacked he took a chance that offers the best for his players and paid out

+ He gets upgrades so even if holley3.55 gets cracked by then later versions will be out and he will get them without another long wait

A few facts...

CruelDragon is based of JOB files - Job files were written by Wemade and most of the coding is JOB based, only extra stuff is coded in Delphi to allow new things. He (17NG) is happy to rip off Wemade, Microsoft(SQL) and Armadillo without payin them money but then is not happy even given out a Limited version for people to try - its call Greed, simple as..

This is how it works in China:
17NG Offers new things - you run a server and charge people for Integral points, as its Free as such (you dont HAVE to buy them) - as many buy these, then in next to no time you can buy the files and compete with the rest. Difference between playing a server in china and here is your lucky to have 100 people onlien at once, in china were talking 2000+ - see the diff?

If you want these loverly new features now - then please, get your Wallet out and shove another £140 quid (or whatever you bater at) in 17NG pockets, shreek with delight when you canshow off the new armours on screenshots and so forth...

The when (No its not a *IF*) the files get ripped apart and everyone can get them for free, at least you can be happy that you paid the fee, you will get the next version for free and so forth..

I hold no grudge over you Tom as I've told numerous people (Cant tell you since I dont think your on my msn list no more (dont remember removing you)) As I think I said before I lost alot of the respect I had for you when you left.

Problem sorted.....

Goal (and this includes aid for Derwiz in a way) is to get a working 3.55 - from my chats with the chinese by the way, I think Derwiz you are right - the only way that glows will work is with the supplied Front end - which in turn will need RegServer but as I said, RegServer is a connector to "Account" which allows that front end to make new accounts.

I am puzzled why he went this route though (17ng), could he not code it so that you just run a mir3.exe and all the new stuff works??

i used 3.55 and 050810 client with all cruel's addon's
but there is sth what should make everybody smile
my server was on wifi and for several days some errors apeared and i removed wifi and connected with cable.
gues what, my computer "checksum" changed and cant start 3.55
cruel doesn't have the best SLA on the market as I haven't seen him on msn since that time

I know 17NG Once he knows you will change the key for you, but dont keep asking too much as he might think you are handing out versions for diff people. Can you not just fit the hardware back in and it keep same HWID? This was one of the major problems with Armadillo that I know of, it reads all sorts of hardware Values and makes a key out of it, the slightest thing changes and it a diff key (as you said).

I have not seen 17NG on either MSN or QQ over the last few days - maybe he is away or something, I dont think he is avoiding anyone. By the way Derwizz - we are not Annoyed at you buying the files - hell I congrat you for that - you are supporting his work and making him carry on, if no-one bought it then he would not add as much in. I need to chat to him about this Front end Business though as this is not the best way..

this and the former virus riddeled softwarepackages from this 17ng as well as the realy bad communication with him doesnt realy confince me to buy his products allthough i realy want to..but about 200€ is a bit expensive for buying something with a bad feeling hehe

btw did u thoroghly scan the 3.55 package for trojans/backdoors, rootkits and other viruses?

Question: How would you get ASProtect, ASPack and Armadillo if you never wanted to buy it?
Answer: Same was as 17NG did - you download a Cracked copy from the web and what does this cracked copy contain?? You got it - Trojans...

Oh those Pesky AntiVirus programs tell me crap (17ng this btw), Ill switch it off as i MUST protect my programs...Firewall - whats a Firewall??? lol

Oh and Triton - the problem you see if 17Ng been based in China and all along with struggling with English (not his fault btw) means yer, its a bit hit and Miss I agree. What we really need is a European group working on something instead, Im sure there is enough Handy Programmers etc out there to complete this task - we can do the same as 17NG did, lets see:

Take 1 JOB Set of server files
Add in DLL Injection routine for further coding.
Packet Sniff clients to get right codes for right parts
Write said code...

Sounds easy - wish it was lol..

@Farril this is the false way, I have long Spoken with Demonic and I agree
the Idea to make a better version as 17ng. we have some Coder, we have
some Sources, we have a Base Set with Sourc. I have see the LS 1.45 this looks like more power as 17ng and has good thinks in it. This Server
need a bit more Help and Coder Power I know .
