This joke is seriously ****. I mean honestly its such a ****ing uninformed joke. First of all, its entirely racist since you specifically aimed it at black people, congradulations on proving yourself racist on an internet forum. The very fact you called them "black ****ers" should be grounds for an instant ban.
Second, despite the racism in your joke, which usually makes a bad joke funny, or a funny joke even funnier (if it is used correctly and properly, and in a good context) your joke was even worse.
If I was you, I would be praying to get banned for racism, because thats the most your post is ever going to acheive. At the very least you could have just said "starving people", but you played a racist hand and played it badly.

I probably would have laughed if it was a good racist joke, I'm pretty laid back towards racism and the like - I think the world has got massively PC.
However I don't think the shock factor of that post was anything to do with race, race is a consequence but what you're really joking about is children dying every 3 seconds, and boasting the fact that we as a nation could deny them their life, and suggesting we do so. Again, if it was a well constructed joke... kudos, but that just seems like a dig at third world countries, not a joke, it's fucked.
Racist or not, the joke was bad... and if you're going to tell a racist joke don't do it in a public place, tell the people you know will see the humour. I could probably tell a good racist joke to Atom and we'd have a laugh, but I wouldn't come here posting it.
Racism and international bigotry is not for public consumption. Basic life fact for you there.

Im not a PC person at all, the joke really was ****. A funnier joke is the following.
A man in a bar says to the barman "I bet you £75 I can put a glass on the other side of the bar, and piss into it without spilling a drop" the barman accepts the bet and the trial begins. The man who places the bet proceeds to piss all ove rthe bar, the barman and the table, he doesnt get anywhere near the glass. He turns to the barman smiling and says "well I guess you won here's the money"
When the barman asks why he isnt bothered about losing all that money, he points to 2 men in the corner and replies "I bet those 2 guys I could piss all over your bar and you wouldn't get ****ed off about it"
