I recommend, avg, u can get a free version from http://www.grisoft.com/ , its absolute wicked, ive used all the popular virus removers, this is the best, update it regulary.. it will tell u the file is a virus befour actually opening it, VERY UNIQUE.

spyware junk and removal tool

dont use that adware ****, it installs spyware it self, use spybot, free and most of all, its AWESOME.. dl it from

lol i used that tune up thing and it deleted sum system file or something that was needed at to start my computer, then i cudnt get onto my pc >.< but i fixed it now by putting my hd in bros pc and copying a few files :P

It is still really good though, just be careful :P
