Yeah, just checking it wasn't a 1 time thing and done. It's probably worth getting 45ish with the ability to stack a fair amount of souls before rebirthing the first time, unless you intend to reset 0-40 continuously.
There is probably a sweet spot to figure out, as you'll spend a lot of time getting back to the point where you have a solid 8+ boss rotation to rebuild souls.

I'd personally prefer to keep the account upgrades and spells (fine to reset all spells to 0, or only keep the 0-20 ones and they become usable at the required lvl again) as farming 2 auto pot slots, 3 100k bags, 1m storage expansion and all of the spells again is making me not want to rebirth continuously.

do the required soul points needed for upgrades change as you go lvl1-2-3 etc?
Could we perhaps consider a shared gold feature? Nightmare on tao, keep running out of gold. Spend more on ammys and pois with pots for hunt then any other char. ><

Yes the points required increase. Some linear, some multiple, some exponential!

Just an idea around achievements. Add stagers to each one (resets on rebirth) each time better rewards. Add skill based damage to after 5 or so stagers or even rebirth items possibly a Gem or something that you can use on a stone which doesn’t reset on rebirth. Food for thought

I'll rebirth in a few days want just to try out wastelands first (am at 208 souls)
Any issues to be aware of? Does it put your kit back in your bag for example?

You know what im just going to go for it
Have gone for it with 200 souls plus 10 to unlock achievements, will let you know how it goes.
Gutted I've done it just as the Oma King robe stats changed
Here's what I managed;
*exp is 120% actually!

Good catch. It is now 10,000 gold. Although I might find some uses for them in future.
Oh could you look at the smithing for holy power stone mate? It only adds 1 mp 
Going good so far I'm already lvl 22, tiny thing I've noticed is that sometimes you can't double click kit to put it on, you have to take an item off first then put the new one on.

Only in BDD and wastelands at the mo, easiest way to lvl all 3 until you can go BDD is to add them to boss fights
ahh fair enough, what class would you recommend starting with?
and when you say "add them to boss fights" can you summon them in when killing like a bone elite or something
