ur 1st server was oldskool 1.4 and ur 2nd is ur current one. your experience in mir was wat made ur server fun and succesful.

this server should be fun, but you had problems with that guy who logged on 100's of chars and this server will probably suffer the same.

Tbh, i don't know what DAVIDS is chatting, but if hes mixed InSaNe Files with insonmia Files that would be a brilliant server.

Would like to see 1.4 server back.... I don't even know anybody whos got hacks for 1.4 no more lol :X

if im honest the 1st 1.4 server was mainly for mes around, i never rly looked at it as a proper server, just to kill time and experiensce

why would u need 1.4? its rubbish.. only good thing about 1.4 was it was smooth, u can do exactly the same on 2.3

oldskool is as smooth as 1.4 files, ye admitinly os does lag abit durin day but thats only cause of so much content ingame + big user count

a smal basic server with around 30-50 user could easily run smoother than a 1.4 server, if u set it up properly

Have you looked at removing all the caves that you dont use?
The spawns in those caves could be contributing to the lag.

One of the last ones up was mine, and it didn't get hacked. I kicked and blocked chinese players as they logged in.

PS: Because I have access to cheats, does not necessarily mean I will "hack to death" any 1.4 server that comes online.

1.4 now are so pointless imo.
More onto newer and better things. Yeah yeah the PvP system may have been a lot better but the features within the files are crap. They seriously lack them compared to what we have these days.

A 2.3 server can be setup to be as good or way better than any 1.4 server.

yeah thats the problem though. The pvping might be better on 2.3, but it feels worse. Suppose its the fact that you have to walk an extra step before running again. Makes it slower paced action in my opinion.
