There on NTL right arent NTL proxies transparent? and as such vbulletin can show the true IP of the person? If so that rules out a proxy...

proxys routes as proxy.ntl. whatever , his routes to an actual center therefor its a personal ip address.

unfortunately smeagols ip matches alot of peoples ips, being he has been here a while. it matches wasteds, crazy, djmasters, even mine. its hard to tell since we're all on ntl.

Oh and Leo Im on NTL and have had the same IP for over 8months at one stage thats with the modem being off and restarted etc It doesnt change everytime infact it seldom changes

And that doesnt change the fact that Wasted and DJ have apparently had the same IP swapped between them for two days...

Your quite right Milo... the likelyhood of that happening when it has occured over a period of several days is almost zero.
