Easy Leveling, However This Is Supposed To Be A High Level Server, Just Without The Uber Stats.

New skills are being worked upon, and will be updated when we feel, they are working properly

Euro Mir Items , However New Items Are Obviously Being Added For Higher Levels

do not trust this guy. Quite a while ago i just hosted a untouched server for fun n well sum other guy that had created a serv needed a host so spence wanted me to help him steal the files off the other guy so i wud send the guy wiw the completed server files my pc stats n some screenshots to prove it . So basically dont even add him to ur msn :think:

well he may be capable of hosting but he will most likely ****ing steal the ****ing files i moron as i have experience wiw him. and if u wud have any knowledge in computers u wud ****ing know that its not the download speed that matters but its the ****ing upload speed so the last screenie is in no ****ing use !

I have a niggling question -maybe someone can shed some light if possible:

I can understand someone setting up a mir server and then hosting it for the world or there mates etc as they would be GM, can edit the files and put time and effort into making the server better.

What I cannot understand is someone taking the time and effort making a mir server but not having the equipment (more than one PC) or the line speed to run it. They then come on here asking for someone to host the files on there PC and use there line up - this running 24/7 thus rendering a pc out of action and been restricted to what they can use there line for, any uploading ro downloading will impact on the server.

So how does this all work? The person hosting the server can do what? Be GM maybe (they can be anyhow - they just edit the admin List) - does the person who made the files demand remote access to be able to change the files?

Sorry for the lack of understanding but I just dont get it, if a person wants to have a mir server then before they start making the files they choose one of two options...


1. The have a seperate machine able to run the server + fast enough line
2. The make the files for general Download so other people can maybe run the files...

I beleive this is the cause of the 1 week server life spans, cos they come up with a great idea, post to death about it on how great it all is then struggle to find a host or the host gets sick as they suddenly cannot do what they want with there line...

My thoughts anyhow....

If people here are willing to host a server for somone there should be some ground rules

There 110% has to be remote access to the server and the files
if anybody sends files to a host who is not going to give you access to edit your own files then you are a fool indeed

I the same as Demonic just dont understand why people send time making a server to risk not ever getting it up and running

Sum ppl do enjoy just makin the and improving the server files...take it as a challenge...mayb they jus like to see their work goin to good use once they've finished, and as u no ppl on lomcn arent the most generous of ppl and arent always willing to release files tht they've worked on...

it can be set to just give access to the Mirserver folder if you dont want to to have full control of the pc

but tbh if the system is to be used for hosting thats all it should be used for
