MagicDb chaos

Hi, can i ask how the images are read from the magic and magic2.wils? me and my mate adam have been going through the dbs yet theres no correlation suggesting how they work.

the reason i ask is because im adding a few of the new spells under different magic effects so they have a basic resemblence to euromir.

ANY help on how to descypher this rubbish would be appreicated.

p.s why is magic2.wil a library type 2?

From what i've worked out from other posts and threads, Magic skills need to be coded into M2Server. I may be wrong, but that's what i've sortof worked out.

im not coding new skills, im using exsisting skills but chnging their images.
