Hardly a exploit...u kill a mob pick up the drop, as soon as I found out I told babyhack via fourm pm...yes I killed a few mobs but who wouldn't when others are doing it

If people have made more than a few mill off it, it needs to be sorted because some of us have had to grind for gold too hunt let alone anything else. Took me ages too get my kit ect, whatever happens people are going too loose out. It's beyond a joke if people have made over 10m+ just off gold drops in a noob cave....
I know someone who has made 15 mil +... Trust me he's a skank and has no money so I believe him.
So anyways, besides the obvious clash of ego's going on in this thread, It's fair to mention Xele and a few others (non-curse10) were the ones who reported this to me as soon as they found out about it, so that I could then contact the team.
I'm willing to bet a lot of people exploited this and kept it quiet - but they'll be found out as the logs show everything. Until then, remain calm and get some fresh air (seriously) on this lovely Saturday.

Try and think for a second. If you are all of a sudden making a few mill in stone temple off gold drops alone. Then clearly something isn't right. You're 40+ aren't you? Surely you realize this isn't how the drops are suppose to be after having to grind previously. Ok its the GM's mistake. You have still abused that mistake and gained from it alot more than others who had no idea what was going on.

Rewind to 12pm midday friday.
im worth 1m, then i hear ppl made 20m from this etc its bollox. The game needs a rewind for the sake of the economy at the very least.
Sam went to great lengths to try and control this to some extent with various gold sinks etc, now thats been blow to smithereens with this sudden influx of huge cash amongst some players.

If that's what u class as a exploit then you will be surprised how many exploits people have taken advantage from, this involved grinding...that screenie was after killing a big lure of mobs and picking up a few pots to focus on the gold

Okay, it's clear millions were made. I logged in yesterday and there was 4 pages of Bene oils on there. Before I logged last night there was 4 bene oils on at 300k.
This needs a rewind, I grind my ass off and get a buzz of earning 200-300k. The fact that all those Benes were bought shows that people have made millions from this exploit and I'm all for a rewind. Otherwise all that effort I put in would be worthless.
Do the right thing BH. Even if there is no exp event I couldn't care less.
Ban the exploiters for a week and rewind the server.

I think its the opposite, its unfair if you dont.
millions and millions into the economy, into the wallets of some is whats unfair on us all.
Rewind to Midday Friday, give double exp scrolls for the amount of hours you rewind. everyone is compensated that way and ppl who are working etc dont lose out either coz they miss a "double exp" event, they can use the scrolls as and when they see fit.
In QGO Mir 3 there was a gold exploit from the Chaotic Heaven Blade quest, it gave out gold bars/gold chests instead of the correct quest item.
Literally hundreds of millions were made over the course of a couple of months. They didn't perform a rewind.
What they did do was to name publically all those that profited from the exploit, and gave them a set period of time to pay all the gold back to a GM or face having their character deleted/deleveled
Maybe something like that could work here.

I do hope they do rewind as well, by the time they have sorted certain individuals accounts the gold will have gone everywhere across the economy
hpw can you possibly claw that back without a rewind ?
