lack of intrest in both parts I think, I myself had a go at trying and failed at getting it online had someone say my router wont allow it to go online although it does for mir2 but both are diffrent in many ways.
witch lack of creativity do u think chimera ment ? u only asked about 1 not 2 ..... and totaly agree with chimera , its not the lack of creativity its the lack of normal ppl still wanting to play mir
I would rather call it lack of players, cos for sure there are enough servers, but if they have 10-20 players online what's the point in that x?D
tbh id love a mir3 server to play on maybe med-high rate (not stupid high i mean a well thought out server where it doesnt take long to hit the 300 mark where all the pointless kit has been removed or adjusted to suit the server. personally i like quests and lots of them and wouldnt mind writing quests if someone could point me in the right direction but thats all ideas
either way id play a server theres just none out and im bored of grinding on euro where i have to live off little gold and noob kit at level 40+

If I can get mine back online, there will be a long term x16/medium rate around soon. I don't think it is the lack of creativity, I think it is more to do with the players, the fact official server started, lack of interest in mir 3 and the lack of availability of new CRACKED files as people don't want to pay money out for the new files with the risk of the server being a failure. Frankly people are bored with Mir3, I think they want some new things to go with the old, they want a reliable fun server to play on that is well thought out and well balanced. Problem is it's getting the feedback from the players, using that feedback and then making a balanced server that keeps everyone happy.
tbh the mir3server which can privately run working sin files will find the server filled with people who are tired of the official server, especially if its maybe x5 exp it wouldnt take long to regain levels and kit etc, it would all depend on wat else the server had to offer i.e. pvp aspects and quests. would be exciting to see imo
See i gave up with the main quest system in my files, but I wanna do all my own story based quests. Not sure how long to make them but yeah something I would love to work on if I can get the SQL based side of it working ok.
I personally haven't played official so have no idea what sins are like to play, would love to try it on private server though some day.

if some one cracked the files for the official, im sure it would be a hit as Four Heroes mir 2 has been, i wouldnt think there'd be as many players coz if im not wrong mir 2 still has more players ?
Rich don't start one. I know someone who is creating a server and has been for a long while but he kept it quiet. He actually got good skills at creating servers, so bare with us a bit longer.
I've completely lost faith in p-servers tbh. The one's that end up staying online, you play when they first go online but then you give up because theres like 10-20ppl playing lol. The one's that end up going down just never seem to be very much fun in the first place.A x8-x16 server would be nice, enough quests, character balance, item stat balance, hunting ground balance(none of these stupid caves with no ranged mobs...), group hunting actually being worth doing and having people to do it with lol. People arnt interested n Mir3 p-servers anymore, when theres no official server to play people tend to play other games, only seems to be a select few people fluttering around the 5-6 different servers that are left to play.
i bet there are loads of mir players waiting for a good server to appear as euro is a hard grind unless you buy wecash weekly .
the only thing with pservers is the reliability of them and tbh the rates a good 64x would be very nice at the mo .
But tbh some people will always complain moan that something is not right but thats the mir community as a whole i think. we all love the game and have our fav set ups for it so the sooner you get it up and running the better tbh good luck

I dont like mir3 as much as I like mir2 due to the fact no1 has ever really bothered with the files that much compared to mir2 which is/why I think theres lack of intrest the current files are very buggy and there's only so much you can do with them.
