low exp may be good but too low just makes the game repetitive and allows the high exp servers to steal the users...

you can always just change the exp needed for levels below 40 by half

so
level
1:500
2:1000
3:1500

becomes
1:200
2:350
3:700

it doesn't change the exp of the server so no advantage to the higher levels but it does make the game a bit easier and less repetitive for the lower levels.

no offence ent but wen u ave a low rate server it should stay low cause believe it or not ppl do prefare 2 work 4 there items rather than just get everythin in about 2weeks n be bored thats the whole point of low rates so they last alot longer

im gonan give it ago, 2bh, keep it hard to lvl, fast 2 lvl servers last about 2 months, then ppl are bored, look at torozor, was brilliant server i loved it, but it was up 2 months if that, then wiped, bk up again, keep it hardish to lvl, look at p69, up 5 years and hardish to lvl on it.

i think thats to do with the exe but i guess if u post it on there forum they might change it,
