MirSrv.exe Setup

1. Download the Files needed Here

2. Open the files using WinRar, and extract to C:\MirServer\Mir200 (Replace MirServer with your Directory)

3. Unzip the Common folder, and extracr that to C:\MirServer\mir200\envir\questdiary

4. Go into the !setup.txt, add your Server name to the top in the correct place, Change the Directories in here also

5. Find the MemeberManage-0.txt in the Mir200 Folder that your unziped, and place that into the Market_def folder in Envir

6. Go into merchant.txt and add this line:

MemberManage 0 333 270 MemberManage 0 12 0

8. When loading up using your server control, Change the M2Server link, to the Mirsrv.exe (So that the Server
Control loads the MirSrv.exe instead of the m2server.exe)

9. When your server has loaded, Instantly Close the LOGINSERVER.exe, wait 5minutes, and reopen it.


Step Number 9 Is the Fix for storage. The M2Server has to have finished loadeding before anyone has logged on to the server, or storage will NOT work




Settings

In your Strings.ini file in the Mir200 Folder, can you change what the Renewed (Rebithed) Characters have next to
their name, Find:

ReNewWarr=*<K>
ReNewWizard=*<S>
ReNewTaos=*<N>

Change that to:

ReNewWarr=*<Knight>
ReNewWizard=*<Sourcerer>
ReNewTaos=*<Paladin>

or what ever you want your characters to be called when they rebirth.

Step number 9 The part about the loginserver u only have to close that if your running an online server The 5min wait is too allow the MirSrv app to fully load

Stick this in your Logsrv Folder, and load this up instead of your LoginSrv.exe, then when this app says so, Load your Login.exe.

If your just starting a server, and have never done it before, id stick to normal tbh.

ok i get past the char select screen but it then just goes black any idears dont get to the notice board

I have downlaoded the files and got some of it to work to a point.

Firstly there is not a dbserv or login srv.

I attempted to cross breed them with normal untouched korea files.

Has any one got a set of working files please I do not mind them being blanked.

I can get the srver to run but none of the new things work at all.

Ill post back soon.

I got it working to a point not very stable atm.

When i had my Server up with the MirSrv.exe is was pretty stable, but there are some really really gay bugs tbh.

Yeah I know what you mean, to me stablity is working the way it should and this has errors all over it.

I got the variuos things working but to be honest I prefer Deadsons final M2

i never could get this one or the Talkmob one to work .. i load the MirSrv.exe up instead of M2server.exe .. and its supposed to start up the M2server.exe .. but it never DOES .. and i need some major help on this.. this is soooooo annoying
